I really wish I didnt have to give even one star. Do NOT use this company. They started with a verbal estimate of a timeline which was my fault for not getting it in writing. I do have an email apologizing for not getting the artwork back to me in a timely matter and a new promise of when that would be completed. That new deadline was not met. I was given a new estimate of completion which came and went. I was then given a new timeline. Once again it wasnt completed. I was then told in writing that it would ABSOLUTELY be done by or before the following Friday. Guess what? Thats right, it wasnt completed. The owner kept apologizing for the misunderstandings I repeatedly reminded him there was no misunderstanding just plain lying. NEVER use this company. This isnt a one off either. Unfortunately an acquaintance was having the same experience with them as I was. After all of that they are demanding full price payment with no recognition of their deceptive practices.

Needed a lighted sign on my building and was told to go several places in Asheville for the sign. I looked online for a sign company and found Moss Signs and since I had heard of them before I called them. They walked me through the process of graphic design and colors along with size and if I wanted to be able to take it down when needed or for it to be permanent.I was surprised that the cost was VERY affordable. They came out and prepped mu building and had the sign up and lit in just a couple of weeks. FAST for what I expected and VERY clean and good looking from any direction that people approach my business.I am impressed and very happy I used them!
