Very very professional and fare. Went in for bad batteries I had purchased a little under a year ago. They stood by the warranty the battery was under and didnt pull me around for it and was appreciative of my business even though it was just for a replacement and I wasnt purchasing anything. Great customer service will definitely get all my business for battery needs.

I had a lose battery went by there and he had to do about 30 minuets of work just to get to the battery but he got the battery fixed and placed right all for free ! I would definitely recommend !

Bought a battery for our Harley that wont even turn it over and took it back within two weeks. No refund, store credit and still no battery for the Harley. Dont buy from these guys

7/7/2015 took a battery to this store unknowing that my starter motor had failed (so battery was fine) but an employee told me my battery was bad and sold me a replacement for $82 . This battery with a 3yr warranty failed in February 2018 after 2yrs and 8 months. Took it back and was told for $65 they would replace it. By this time I discovered this battery a 24F, was sold by Walmart as a VP 24f for $49.88 (warrantied 1 yr) so screw the warranty thats where I went.Trust this place at your peril.

Had to purchase a battery out of town, and when we returned to Asheville, found the battery was leaking acid. We came to this Battery Pro because they carried the same brand of battery, Interstate. Guy running the place was completely disinterested in helping us in any way, even with offering to pay. Kept saying he cant do anything because he isnt an Interstate Battery dealer. I pointed to the Interstate sign on the front of his building and then to the RACK of them six feet away from us. Then he said, Well, I dont carry that particular size of battery you have. But he did let us use his water hose to clear out some of the acid.
