A good friend and I met at Round Earth Roasters for coffee and conversation. The dining room was closed due to the current public situation but it was a beautiful day so we ordered an iced latte, went out back and sat in the outdoor seating area and spent 2 hours catching up. It was a wonderful experience.

I love this little place. Not only do they roast their own coffee beans, but they also make their own homemade syrups for the flavored coffee options. Another brilliant touch...frozen coffee cubes for the “iced” selections! No more watery coffee after a bit of time has passed. Hooray! I almost forgot the icing...the prices are so reasonable...Starbucks? Never!The menu also includes plenty of breakfast and lunch items, savory and sweet treats, with many GF options. Everything homemade and yummy.Located just off exit 50, I-40 in Biltmore. Head south on Hwy 25 and it’s tucked away just past Atlanta Bread Co on the left. Hit their drive-they and you’ll not be disappointed.

We love a good coffee shop and this one is our favorite. The drinks and baked goods are delicious and the vibe of the place is welcoming and casual. We are looking forward to the day we can spend a leisurely few hours inside.

Holy heck this chocolate espresso cookie is giving me life! Iron Heart smoothie is also delicious! Perfect chill environment I needed to study. You walk in and immediately get hit with that soothing coffee scent that every good coffee shop should have.

Coffee is delicious! I got the drop of the day and my wife got the iced coffee. Both great! Iced coffee was pleasantly strong, not watered down at all. Staff was super nice too.

We arent coffee snobs and had to dump the coffee. It was just gross. Not even anything special. The bakery items were delicious. We just felt like a burden to the employee working.

The staff was polite, eager, and super friendly. Pastries were fantastic and served warm, and of course the house-roasted drip coffee was hands-down amazing. This will definitely be my go-to coffee spot in Asheville from now on!

Everything is great, from the handcrafted baked goods, smoothies, and tasty drinks, down to the little details like home made syrup flavors. Great in- house roasted coffee. Excellent atmosphere with a drive through and wonderful staff. We love it here!

Beautiful little shop that makes an incredible latte! The barista was friendly and helpful to my not-so-coffee-savvy friend, and I walked out with a VERY good muffin, and one of the best café lattes Ive had! 😁 Id tell every one of my friends to come here if theyre in town

My order came very quickly and was delicious. I can only talk about the drive through since I haven’t been inside yet, but I’m definitely coming back to try them again in the future.

Not sure what I’m missing because most other reviews are great. But the baked goods I’ve had here were bad. The chocolate scone was so dry (as in crunchy) and flavorless; the quiche was also incredibly bland. First latte I got was fine (not great, but fine) but today’s had zero micro foam whatsoever; it looked like drip coffee. It tasted like drip coffee with a lot of syrup in it. I really wanted to love this place since so many other people do but after trying it a couple times I really can’t justify spending money here again. The baristas are super friendly and helpful, though, that much I definitely experienced!

The staff here was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They had a wonderful selection of goodies, smoothies, and some food. And of course a ton of coffee. Everything here is very environmentally friendly even the cups are biodegradable, and ingredients that use are very high quality. They have some options for vegan and gluten-free together. They said that everything is made in the same kitchen but they clean everything between each baking. So only you can help for for gluten free. We had cookies and smoothies and they were amazing!

One of the best coffee shops period. A huge selection of coffees ranging from hot to iced with specialties of course ! My favorite is the Vietnamese iced coffee! Unique location and has a drive thru! Highly recommend to anyone!

This, by far is my most favorite coffee shop!! I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years. No other coffee shops compare. Clean ingredients we eat or drink are very important to us and the owner puts so much thought in the food and coffee she serves. The super coffee smoothie is my favorite! 😌

The BEST hot coffee, way better than chain store coffee. The food is always great, and they have awesome variety. They ask questions and get you exactly what you need - just awesome customer service. A huge asset to the community.

If I’m anywhere near Asheville I always make sure to go here! I used to live nearby and would go all the time and now that I don’t live nearby it’s still worth the trip. The gluten free options are amazing and abundant! And the coffee is strong and flavorful. 10/10 recommendation!

Friendly drive thru staff, perfectly roasted coffee, home baked cookies, scones and muffins! The Columbian and Peruvian coffees are smooth and delicious. I highly recommend the peanut butter cookie! Enjoy this little but mighty coffee and goodies stop.

I love this place. They have a drive through and have prepared sandwiches, snacks and baked goods. My favorite drink is their London fog. They add honey and homemade vanilla to it. My dog wasnt feeling well and told the barista he wouldnt eat the biscuit she had, so she gave me a sample of some meaty dog treats that my dog LOVED and it actually helped him get his appetite back. What a happy experience.

Forget Starbucks...Round Earth Roasters has to be one of the best coffee places in Asheville ...Give this place a try . The coffee really good !! And they have yummy snacks .I was told they make their own syrups...new favorite place! Thanks for giving me and my dog good customer service!! We will return

The lady at the window was very sweet. Were from out of town on vacation and like to go to small local spots. We got her two suggestions of the Vietnamese iced coffee and the mayan mocha!

Stopped here on the way to the parkway for drip coffee. It was an excellent cup of coffee! Flavor and roast were about perfect, clearly made with quality beans that were not over roasted. I enjoyed it more than much of the drip coffee Ive had at the popular Asheville cafes downtown.

Drive Thru!Super coffee was great! Genuine options for good coffee are plentiful here. They dont have a thousand flavors of generic syrup coffees. They micro roast their own beans and the cold brew is selected from whatever beans are selected for that day.The owner is friendly and nice to talk to.Its a low key place that doesnt feel like its trying to be hip or jive.Its authentic and I like the vibes.Plus when I pulled in I was about to start a drive back to Charlotte, I was looking for a healthy sweet snack and a thoughtful cup of cold coffee. They had exactly what I was in the mood for just in time, I walked in 5 minutes before they closed on a Thursday.Kudos to this place.Keep up the hard work for others enjoyment.Its working.

First time at Round earth didn’t disappoint! I was craving a smoothie and a snack and ordered the mango mint lassi smoothie with a vegan cranberry almond cookie. The cookie was as big as my face and absolutely delicious; the smoothie was refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go back and try more of what’s on the menu. It seemed like they had something for everyone and diet (vegan,paleo, keto, etc). Friendly and quick service too

Cute drive thru coffee place with a wide variety of goods. They offer soups, sweets of the day, and have wonderful coffee. They are a thriving small local coffee shop. Check them out! You wont be dissatisfied!

Fantastic coffee shop, with sweet staff and delicious treats. I have not gotten a single bad thing from this place. Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee has been my summer staple. They use local ingredients and put a great amount of attention towards their work. I appreciate the kindness the staff always exudes and its their kindness that has me coming back constantly.

One of the best coffee joints in Asheville. Ill drive out of my way to get coffee here. The brew is perfect! They have food and snacks as well but its the Java that does it for me. Also, they whip up a tasty golden milk that I highly recommend. Once youve been a couple of times the staff treat you like a friend.

I don’t even live in Asheville but ever since I first visited Round Earth Roasters in the pre-COVID times, I have been planning my return. Finally made it back to Asheville and it is the first place I visited. This coffee is stellar, the service is top-notch, and I plan to grab a few bags to bring back home with me before I leave.

Its so great to find freshly roasted coffee. It really makes a difference. The coffee is in bins, so you can buy as little or as much as you want. Very convenient. The monster breakfast cookie is excellent. Its not too sweet.

We had yummy smoothies today. They were pricey, but very fresh and delicious.

I wish I could give zero stars merely for my experience with the employee. I didnt see her name but she was a short young woman and she was incredibly rude to me and my family. We were the only customers and she acted like anything we did or said was a burden on her. I will never recommend this place because I think customer service is just as important as the quality of the good and services.

We waited in a long line for the drive-thru, which was a mix of cars and pedestrians. That was confusing but fine but we ultimately left after watching the barista make coffee and hand out food with no gloves and her mask hanging down over her chin. I understand that these are challenging times but, seriously, wear a mask properly please.

Amazing tasting. I always get an iced vanilla latte - they make the simple syrups in house I believe and use cold brew instead of espresso shots, which have equivalent caffeine (although they will use espresso if you ask). Their drive through is pretty fast and Ive used it a couple times. Highly recommend this place - seems very local and honest

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee was good. The baked goods were tasty. Everything was very lightly sweetened, so if you want it sweeter youd have to adjust it yourself.

Its a perfectly adequate coffee shop. If I worked nearby, Id probably go often, but pretty standard compared to the other coffee shops in the area. Neat that you can scoop and grind your own beans. Ive never seen that before.

They were willing to make tea using pure water that I supplied. They grind the coffee in the seating area which produced an aroma that I really like. I also like the outdoor seating out back.

A functional caffeine clinic in a convenient slab of real estate. The excessively face-grabbing pop music does nothing to distract one from the traffic outside. But bring a thick coat if youre an indoors type.

They have amazing coffee and the atmosphere of the cafe is just so cute. Great staff but they’re always very busy!

Even if the coffee had been good, the experience was completely ruined by the rudest barista of all time. She rolled her eyes when we asked two questions about the coffee choices and told us its on the board. She was short, red-headed, and was wearing a very low cut top. The coffee was so bad my mother and I both had to pour the coffees out. It was so expensive we hated to, but we just could not drink them. We are visiting from Nashville and I always like to try local spots rather than go to coffee chains that I have at home, but this choice did not pay off.

I love the super coffee and paleo bars. The hand pies are almost always warm when I stop by. The drive through is the best! The people are always so friendly and give my dog treat when hes with me.

Perfect place. I always love coming here. The coffees and teas are wonderful and how to you top a chocolate espresso cookie. Its a great place to step away from the world for a while.

Great little coffee shop tucked away near biltmore village. Excellent ethical coffee options and some great handheld bite options. Parking is a little tight but there are comfy seating options inside.

This place is the best coffee shop Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff is amazing, and the baked goods are always to die for! They have great bagels with multiple cream cheese options and lots of super healthy coffee options (like super coffee, their version of bulletproof) and even a drive through. We go here at least once a week.

Amazing SUPER Coffee! Never heard of it before. Also Golden Coffee (I think it was called) was pretty good. Great healthy smoothie options too. Place isnt that clean but friendly staff and pretty fast. Not the greatest to get in out of.

One of my favorite roasters as well as coffee shops in town. Personally I love the super coffee which is a coffee blended with coconut oil and collagen protein.

Stopped here for coffee and breakfast and it was excellent. Had an iced coffee and a broccoli and cheddar hand pie and both were delicious. Only one person was working that morning but he was seriously hustling and apologetic for the wait. We didnt mind at all, it was definitely worth it.

When I used to live in SA a couple of years ago, I would always pass by this coffee shop and say I would check it out one day. Now I live in North Asheville, right below Woodfin and Weaverville and I come here regularly for coffee and a snack lol. 🥯The coffee is very good, I am getting the PSL until the season ends then I’ll go back to honey lattes. I also love their sweet treats, the scones being my favorite. The prices are average, yet the coffee and treats are well above average- a great deal! 🌟Plenty of parking, a drive through, and plenty of indoor seating with free WiFi makes this the ideal local coffee shop ☕️. They also have a customer loyalty rewards program, which helps me to justify the almost 30 minute drive 😄.

Visiting some friends in asheville, and this was just down the street. Easily the best espresso Ive ever had pass between my lips. Their coffee is roasted in a shed out back, and they totally know what theyre doing. I was lucky enough to be seated outside on a day they were roasting, and it was the greatest coffee moment of my life

I cannot speak for the coffee as I did not have one. But my husband said he thought it was good. But my tea was not good at all, my cookie was stale and old tasting. But the worst was the actual coffee shop. It is the worst coffee shop I have been in ever!!! And I have been in coffee shops all over the world. The area where a person would sit is awful only a few tables and then it is full of junk in the corner. And from that small area you can look into the kitchen area which is dirty and part of their fridge is falling off. And the place is just flithy from dirt and marks all over the fridges, to dirt and grime all over the place from floors to tables to condiment area. God knows how they pass a health inspection. Just bad on all fronts I would never go there again!!!!

Friendly staff, good selection of snacks and drinks. The inside area is very small and is pretty disorganized feeling. A bit pricey for a cup o’ tea and a 1/2 off brownie being $5.

I went there for my 1st this morning with my boyfriend. Ive heard great things and Ive always wanted to try the coffee! As soon as we walked in the women working at the counter had a rude look on her face and very a bad attitude. We decided we wanted a cookie after she told us the price for our drinks (we hadnt even gave her the money yet) she literally huffed out loud like it was an inconvenience for her to add a cookie to our order. The product was great but the service was terrible!!
