They went the extra mile, above and beyond throughout, and I am so grateful

Well here we are ten months later after posting my 1st disappointing review on Holston’s GREED.Insult on top of injury, now Holston Gas is charging an additional “2%” if you pay by credit card.What’s next I ask? Sending a bill collector to your door for immediate payment?Thank you for your community spirt to know one other than yourselves

Great Service - Wonderful People - Fair PricesWe live at the top of a hill in Asheville. Really steep. Ice and snow are a real issue. I literally saw my neighbor go into the ditch and the AAA tow truck went into the ditch....AND TWO OTHER TOW TRUCKS went into the ditch. All four vehicles were there for two-days, till the ice melted enough for salt.So, about a month ago we were dumb enough to run out of propane. Holston, during the beginning of a snow storm, came and filled the tank. Mike the driver, who knew our property, said if he moved quickly hed be safe. Of course this was a Friday night, so wed be out of heat for the weekend. Fortunately, Mike got in and out before things got worse.Go Mike. Go Holston. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed that in these economic times that Holston Gas, Asheville, NC continues to charge late fees when other local and competitive gas companies are waving their late fees.They should be ashamed of themselves.

My propane tank was leaking. 1st stage regulator. Hard to find. I got the part and the necessary pipe to do the entire job. I would have had to go back and search the day before a cold freeze. Thank you

Visited Holston today to switch out a CO2 tank for my kegerator, really positive first impressions. Simple in and out, and the price was good. Got home to put my beer back on CO2, only to find out the new CO2 tank I had just picked up is completely empty. Friday at 5PM, guess Im waiting till Monday. Very disappointing Holston Gases.

Mike is an awesome guy, great worker. But needs help in the field so he can make his appointments that he has told his clients... the receptionist on the other hand is an argumentative rude lady... non apologetic, and very snide..

The worst customer service I have ever worked with in my entire life! The receptionist is rude, argues with customers and is non apologetic about anything. The driver is clueless and doesnt show up on time or days that hes scheduled. They dont care about the safety of their tanks or the way that they are installed. They dont show up to scheduled appointments and when you call to find out where they are, they are non apologetic and wait for you to reschedule. They are supposed to be a family owned business, I would be ashamed to have any of their employees in my business.

Very friendly staff during business hours. They close at 4:30pm on the dot. I showed up 4 minutes after 4:30pm and the doors were locked which is fine. People inside having drinks (which they got from a machine right next to the door I was standing at) but alas I was ignored. I guess closing time is closing time which is fair. That 4 minutes just lost them a customer though. Hope it was worth it. Went to Andy Oxy instead.

Shady place. I complained about the customer service and on my next visit the price of oxygen went up 12.50 per tank. Im surprised management couldnt find a better solution.
