Absolutely thrilled beyond words!! Had them make a hat from my old Navy squadron off of just a picture. The results were amazing. I mailed one to one of my best friends as a surprise and he was blown away with the accuracy, if not for the style of hat I chose you really couldn’t tell the difference. Asked for a monogram on a pocket of a pajama top and the monogram was too large and went over the top of the pocket, sewed the pocket shut without evening it out and has pink lines in the black monogram. Not worth the $15, I would highly advise against here.Sorry, not sure how to reply to your comment but we did let them know and they said “yeah I really hate it turned out that way”

Ok yall this is a great place. But their machine broke down, and I know that stuff happens. But we live in Bristol Va so thats about 2 hours away so they told us that we could pick it up the next day (Sunday) but we said we could not get it tomorrow. so they said they will ship it to us!!! we asked how much it would be to get it shipped, the girl was GREAT and said that she would get it so she shipped it out on Monday and today is thursday and it should be here today. SO i give them a 5. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very overpriced, asked for a monogram on shirt with black glitter, waited an hour (that’s how long the woman said it would take) she waited for me to come back in To tell me she didn’t have the black glitter (she had my number to get ahold of me) then told my mom she was almost done with her shirt and she hadn’t even started on it..
