Nestor is an incredible salesmen and was able to talk me through purchasing an engagement ring. He asked me my budget and what was important to me and made sure I got exactly the right ring. He was able to get the stone set in a reasonable amount of time and had it ready for me when he said he would. Nestor is kind and you can tell he loves his job.We went back in to get the ring resized and look at wedding bands, this time we were lucky to work with Katie. She also made us feel special and like we were the only ones in the store. Nestor checked in on us a few times while we shopped with Katie, but Katie took all the time we needed even though we were not buying anything that day.Today we picked up the resized engagement ring, it is top quality and we are very happy with it, we will definitely continue to do business with Nestor and Katie.

Absolutely incredible experience that could not possibly be better. I went to move a diamond from ring 1 into ring 2, and Nestor had the idea to put the diamond removed from ring 2 in a necklace as I had no clue what to do with it. Nestor very clearly discussed with me what would be done, and gave me a time it would be ready by. He is very friendly, easy to like and talk to, and most importantly, he took care of my heirloom rings. He cleaned them as well for no extra charge, which is something the 40 year old ring needed. Overall, I could not recommend Nestor at Reeds more highly. If you’re looking for a jeweler, ask for him.

Reeds went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was on a bit of a time crunch and Nestor went out of his way to make it happen. I couldn’t be happier with the staff as well as the finished product. I will definitely be returning for any future business. Thank you all so much.

We actually did not have plans to buy a ring upon entering the store. What started as just window shopping turned into a purchase as Jenny helped us choose a ring for my fiancè. She was energetic and friendly as she not only helped us choose his ring, but cleaned my engagement ring as well. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her service and how great the experience was for all of us! I highly advise taking a visit to the store if you have any jewelry needs.

Shopping for Pandora charm and ended up buying two new bracelets and three charms. Jenny was great to work with. Very energetic, friendly and professional. I was raised in Wilmington and my family has been shopping with Reeds for years. So when I moved to Asheville it was nice to feel that I was still in my hometown jewelry store - even though it was the mall.

I was killing time a couple of weekends ago and stopped in to check out their selection of Tudor watches. I struck up a conversation with Nestor and tried on a few different models. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I needed anything. I was leaving town Monday for vacation and called to see if the model I wanted was still available and he said it was. I stopped in, picked it up and Im very happy with the watch, and more importantly, the service.Nestor was aware that there are lower prices available elsewhere, but his professionalism and knowledge, as well as knowing I can stop by if there was to be any problems sealed the deal for me.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC STAFF! Elizabeth,Jenny, Nester, Katy, Michael, and Kevin are all absolutely talented and will make you feel like family! They come to know your taste is in Jewelry and watches and are great at the presentation of the lines they carry!

This place in Asheville is incredible. I went to a few other keepers to find the right ring with the right price to propose. I went to Spicer Greens and then Zales. Zales said they couldn’t find what I wanted for under $8,000. I went to Reed’s and found exactly what ring I wanted, a wedding band, and a lifetime warranty to get it fixed, resized, and cleaned whenever she needs/wants it and it was all under $3,000. The folks here dont try to sell a brand. They talk to you like a person, like a dollar sign. They helped me multiple times and as long as I live in Asheville, Reed’s will always be my go to for and jewelry.

My bf bought several pieces of Yurman for me this past Xmas at the AVL location and the service was great ... he forgot to get the keeper pouches and cleaning cloths... I called the store and they took care of me immediately ! I don’t know who I spoke with but the man was super accommodating ! Thanks!!!

Katy invited my husband and I to sit down. She gave us some great ideas on custom ring designs. She let us make the decision as to what design we wanted. They even worked with us on financing too!

Walked in to give a payment, 7/19/18 before closing time 9pm heavy set woman had a nasty dirty attitude. If customer service is not her line of duty she needs to be replaced for some better fit people. This is the only jewelry store I make large purchases from, may be my last!
