Went to the orange box and the blue place. Could not find the product or anyone that could help.Went to ACE at River Ridge. Was greeted by an employee who was outside. Helped me find what I was looking for in less than two minutes.

Its nice to go back into a hardware store like the old days. These guys and gals have it down and they are always asking if you need anything. Props to the owner Madden and his crew. Been there a lot lately and they have helped us fix a lot of things at my house and my friends house. They also have great garden decor which my wife loves...

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for quickly.

This new Ace Hardware store in Fairview is that a perfect location, across the street from where Home Depot is located in the shopping center, prices are very reasonable compared to Home Depots prices, if you cannot find it at Home Depot Ace has it in stock probably, they had what I was looking for that Home Depot did not have, if youre in the area you should try them first they can probably save you money.

Always have what I need. Staff is always available unlike the bigger box stores.

Literally the nicest and best staff always. The owner definitely knows how to make you feel right at home and everyone knows so much. Home depot doesn’t compare in customer service, as the guys in orange actually run from you when you are looking for them. I not only get my veterans discount but learn so much every time I am in the store. Thank you guys!! Five stars all day!!!

This is not my usual Ace store but I was in the area. The employees were super helpful! They had what I was looking for.If it hadnt been more convenient, I could have purchased the same items for less money but, they had exactly what I was looking for.The employees at this location were very helpful and very friendly!If youre in a hurry and in this area, I would definitely recommend you stop by Madden Ace Hardware!

I have started using this store as I’ve gotten exhausted with the bigger box stores. I was so impressed each time I went inside Ace at River Ridge. Greeted multiple times and wanted to know if they could assist with anything. This is how most businesses used to operate. You will not find this at the bigger stores and is hard enough to to get someone to help you at those places.I will be doing business with Ace for all my needs. That impressed. Great job employees at River Ridge ACE. I applaud you. Keep it up!

Mark and Jeff were so helpful! On two separate days we got to work with each of them. First, they really seem to know what theyre talking about. Second, they were honest! And third, it seemed like they genuinely want to help versus trying to get it over with so we feel like were bothering them. An absolute pleasure. My favorite Maddens Ace store!

Had been to a different store looking for a certain type of hooks and was sent all over the store with no help. Walked into Madden Ace and not only had help finding what we went for, walked by a large display of the hooks I had walked the other store over twice with no help. I told my husband next time we will start at Ace first.

Sheila is the best. Helped me pick out paint and supplies over the phone and everything was ready for me by the time I was able to stop by after work. I really appreciate her attention to detail, her anticipation of all the supplies that I would need, and her going the extra mile to carry everything out to my car.

If you need home improvement items, install parts, or just some basic items to keep around such as batteries, a leaf blower, and a tea kettle this is the place to get it.

Stoped by to check for good prices on a new weedeater. One of their associates Alex was a tremendous help with helping me pick out the best machine, and even better attachments! I spent a total of about 15 minutes in store. That was with browsing, deciding and even having my new weedeater started in front of me to make sure I was 100% happy before I left. 10/10 would Recommend for anybody needing anything hardware related!

Last week i was walking into AC Moore which is right next to this place of business. A very elderly man was walking to his vehicle and one of the associates from the hardware store chased him down, claiming he stole a small pan and some plastic hooks. I stood there waiting to see why he thought it was okay to clearly yell and then not even consider that the old man said he thought he paid for it, he was old enough that he most likely had some dementia going on and the employee continued to harass the elderly man. I stood there about to make my place to this young man when his Manager finally stepped in. This young man should not be working in customer service at all with the way he was speaking to his customer. Yelling, yanking the elderly mans bags from his, even the manager was not allowing the elderly man into his car. I refuse to ever go to a place where regardless of the situation if he was stealing or not, you do not treat people in the way these people treated this old man.

Great hardware store. They have a great selection. Always clean and employees are very friendly and helpful. Free parking. Highly recommend.

Usually a five-star store but they refuse to enforce face masks and instead coddle to those who refuse to wear them by taking them to a special register only after hearing me loudly complain to the person. Grow a set!

Every time I come in ..they are attentive and helpful. Easy to walk in and out with what I need and avoid the major traffic around the other local hardware stores.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I have had multiple bad experiences here. Even though this location is closer to most of my jobs, I now drive the extra difference just to avoid this place. First off, let me tell you I have spent thousands of dollars at ace. I have been flipping houses in Asheville for 10 years. I recently bought a chainsaw here $800 and I wanted the longer bar so the manager and another young employee changed it out, well I guess they tried to change it out. Literally the first time I started it not even 10 seconds later the chain came flying off. Thwy didnt tighten the bolt that holds the bar on!!! And then they didnt do anything to fix it. I left and went to another ace, and gave them my money. I wouldnt have been so upset but the manager was young and treated me absolutely horribly. Spend your money elsewhere, I sure will be!

This is a great Stihl dealership. David offers super service on Stihl products because he knows them inside out and is so willing to help. Everyone in the sales department is extra helpful.

I like Ace Hardware because the folks working there are knowledgeable and, unlike the folks at Lowes and Home Depot who are often no where to find when needed, they ask if I need help.

I had an Excellent experience here and am very glad for such a brand new ACE Hardware in my neighborhood. Was asked by multiple friendly and knowledgable employees if I needed help with anything. Very impressed with the selection of Stihl equipment too. Free popcorn and fresh coffee always a treat! Will be back!

It is a convenient place but I really hate being hovered over, or the feeling that Im being stalked by the workers. And the prices arent very good either.

I really like Ace Hardware its much easier cheaper better customer service and you dont have to walk 3 miles Define what you need and if you need assistance there right there for you give it a try youll definitely like it

Really helpful and friendly staff, and great management team, I always love to go and fantasize about the various Stihl power tools as well, and the Ace Hardware house brand is great too, the starter cord for my mower broke and I needed a replacement, it was five bucks and I had to walk literally 50 feet, versus the half hour or more it would have taken to go to a big store.
