I am an oxygen concentrator repair technician and I needed parts ASAP to build a whip For a homefill set up. The man behind the counter the last two times I’ve been there was very helpful and patient with me. I was able to get help and the parts same day.

The worst customer service EVER!!! Don’t waist your money, time or breath on this incompetent group of fools. Airgas is priced better & better to deal with, too!

Great resource, friendly, and fair pricing.I am setting up a home carbonating system for soda water. I was only there for CO2, ends up they do a lot of commercial setups for soda. I traded in an old tank for an inspected full tank of CO2. Also walked away with many of the fittings and couplings I need, along with braided tubing (which I was going to have to order online). Jerry (mgr) was very helpful and worked with me to get the parts I needed.Will return when need to refill CO2, along with 20lb propane for grills. Good showroom for welding, looked like they would be a good welding supplier too.

Terrible customer service Walter quoted price for gas to get me to buy welder then nobody there would honor the price because he wasn’t there that day. Always a run around and never honor what they say. Take your business to Holston Gasses, they are cheaper anyway.
