They quoted me a price for replacement of the motor button and for the other services I asked for and apon review called me back to say that the switch was out of place he put it back in place for no charge. Twice now theyve blown away my expectations. 1st, brought in a carpet cleaner and they just happened to have the random part that it needed, off of a scrap unit in the back. $10 bucks, out the door in 10 minutes.2nd time, yesterday brought in our old Oreck and the guy got right down on the floor to troubleshoot the wiring on the motor. THEN wouldnt let me pay anything for the quick fix. Ill be coming back with any future problems!

We are very happy with our Sebo K3 we bought from Saniway. Customer service is top notch. Our buying experience was no pressure on a brand but I had done my research before. Hubby got all his questions answered. We owned 2 sharks in last 8 years. Since they cant be repaired we wanted a repairable vaccum so went here to see in person. We have 4 large long hair dogs and my hair is waist lenght. Clay is a major issue and it killed the sharks. I went through 2 bags doing my small living room 1500sq foot house with my new Sebo K3. They were packed tight with clay and hair. I have not seen original color of carpet in 7 years now. I forgot what it looked like till last night. Nothing got through the bag either, back filter is still clean. Wow cant say Shark was ever that good. Air even feels cleaner. With a 10 year warranty hubby is very pleased. Thank you.

Philip helped me bring in my machine, tested it immediately, found a hose was not seated properly. He then showed me how to open up and clean the brush. He was great! He did not ask for a repair fee. I have a Panasonic canister vacuum that has worked well for several years, but the power brush attachment stopped working due to a frayed power wire. The vacuum became almost useless because we have a lot of carpet in our home. I looked for a replacement power brush, but had no luck. I also didnt want to shell out $400+ for a new vacuum cleaner.Took the broken part to Saniway in the late afternoon on a Saturday. The guy I talked to was happy to take a look and told me they could definitely fix it by Tuesday. It was nice to talk to someone who actually wanted to help me out. Ive walked in to many a business in Asheville and the employees actually seem to be irritated that I would like to use their business. The guy on the floor seemed genuinely interested in helping me out, despite it being close to them closing. Props to their floor sales guy, sorry I cant remember his name but he was great.They called me on Tuesday and said the part was fixed. I came and picked it up and indeed my trusty vacuum works just like new. Only cost me roughly $35. So glad I checked this place out. Recently had my vacuum serviced, plus a small broken part replaced. Reasonable turnaround, very reasonable pricing, friendly service!

They were great. We tried to fix the vacuum cleaner ourselves and disassembled the wrong part! They didn’t charge us to put it back together, and only charged us for what we needed, which was a wand. We’re happy customers.

I messaged them today AFTER closing time fully prepared to wait til tomorrow or Monday before a reply, yet the replied almost immediately. They have been extremely helpful ever since. This alone warents a five star review. Anything else is icing in the cake.

This place is amazing. I brought in a hand held vacuum that wouldnt start and a hoover carpet cleaner with a blown motor. They got the hand held started. It had just overheated. They diagnosed the hoover motor, asked for proof of purchase and dealt with the company we bought it from and the warranty and got us a new one. No charge for any of it. Who does that? We were so thankful. Incredibly humbled and impressed.

Extremely happy with my experience!! Brought my vacuum in to get looked at. I was still parked out front when I got the call on what the problem was and the repair was able to be done right then and for super cheap. They saved me from having to pay $300 to $400 for a new vacuum. I highly recommend them!! There customer service was awesome!!! I will always go back there whether to fix my vacuum or buy a new one. My Dyson stick vacuum sat in a corner for a year unused because it would only run for 10 seconds. I tried everything and gave up but refused to throw in the trash because of the hefty price tag I paid.Last effort SaniwY to the rescue.It needed a new battery. I took a Kirby vacuum that I had purchased at the goodwill to Saniway. I found out that it didnt have a belt on my own after watching a few YouTube videos. I purchased a belt at Ace hardware and then had trouble getting the belt on, or so I thought!The very helpful gentleman, I believe his name was Tom proceeded to explain that my belt was on and how the belt hook device and the on off diagrams are confusing. He showed me this free of charge and asked if there was anything else that I needed. I said that I needed some attachments and he informed me that they had some used attachments in the back, which are Barely used because people hardly use their Kirby attachments. He cut me a super duper deal on the box of attachments which also included the shampooer.When I got my vacuum home, with the belt switch in the lose and home position I vacuumed my whole house. Vacuums seem to work a lot better with a belt on so the beater brush can engage!!! Haha!!!!

Best company in town by far. Been doing this for over 30 years maybe even more. These guys are the real deal!!! Every time my vacuum acts up they fix it.

My favorite little shop in Asheville. It is packed to the gills with vacuum cleaners and rug shampoo machines and every vacuum bag under the sun. They can fix any vacuum and in fact have several refurbished machines for sale at any given time. Good prices, and the owner is friendly and professional. He told me, As long as dirt happens, business will be good! Definitely recommended.

The worst customer service ever. Talking to the owner Steve is like pulling teeth and his skin head son is one of the most entitled, ignorant and rude humans I have ever encountered professionally. They sell outdated and overpriced products, talk negatively about any other brand they dont carry and if you use them for repairs, they will cause more damage to your vacuum then prior to bringing them into their shop. If you dont want to be interrupted, talked down to or threatened please go elsewhere for vacuums and repair. STAY AWAY FROM SANIWAY!

Horrible customer service! I bought a hoover steam vac off of QVC when I received the machine the handle was broken. After contacting hoover they told me to take it to Saniway! The part that was broken was on back order and it took over 3 months for them to get a handle or so they said! I called hoover and they had the part for 2 months! I have called Saniway multiple times, and not received a call back. I finally got a hold of them and they said their answering machine doesnt work right. They also told me that it had been done for 3 weeks but; that I had not filled out any paper work so they did not know how to contact me. I had the claim ticket and paperwork but; yet they said they did not know how to contact me! I will never take anything back to Saniway now will I refer them to anyone!

I thought I had a wiring problem with my vacuum, turned out to be an overheating issue and clog. Simple fix, only cost me $16, they are a very honest buisness!
