I love my bag so much! I ordered a bag but it wasnt as big as I wanted. I returned it and was able to get the one I wanted. They were very easy to work with. I have a couple leather bags that I like but will only use In Blue Handmade now. Such great quality AND its locally made.

I ordered the large tote bag in Bourbon and it is stunning! Big enough to hold my stuff, water bottles, and all the extras my four year old needs when she’s with me. I can tell this bag will keep up with us for years! Best thing I’ve treated myself to in a long time.

I just ordered one of Inblue’s larger totes as well as their black wool hat with beaded leather band. Just like my first bag (which I still love), the craftsmanship is amazing. I would recommend them over any overpriced “big name” bags that people shell out a fortune for. The fact that they are based in my home state of North Carolina AND donate to Feeding America with each sale, is icing on the cake!

Snagged a luscious mauve purse from In Blue thats even prettier in person than what I saw in pics. Its a perfect nude purse- super neutral. I LOVE my medium tote! I carry it everyday and it holds up to almost anything. I love the full grain leather durability and the craftsmanship of the bag. I made the hour and half trip to the showroom to see the bags in person, the only mistake was it was so hard to make a decision on one after seeing them all.

Ive purchased 2 handbags, 2 crossbody messanger bags, a wallet & various other smaller items from InBlue. The quality is absolutely phenomenal. Years later my very first handbag purchase still looks brand new (except for the patina that comes with leather over time.) Im so spoiled by the quality its hard to switch out to something else. Theyve got a life long customer in me.

Got a bag for Christmas last year and love it!! Will probably end up with a collection from the place!

My experience has been pretty bad along with my disappointment in the bag the service has not been good. The bag was sent missing the correct straps paid extra for and it has been over a week of back and forth with emails trying to get it fixed. The emails are covered with “polite etiquette” however the dance around of not fixing the issue has left a horrible taste in my mouth for the company and I would not want to give my support or business to a company that can not seem to keep track of information or what is being said.. maybe different people answering emails? Not sure, either way it is unfortunate that they do not know how to handle a mistake on their end!

I just purchased TWO absolutely BEAUTIFUL handmade leather bags (a tote bag and handbag), plus a small canvas bag with a leather strap that I intend to use for toiletries, etc, when traveling.Heads-up: The bags are gorgeous when viewing online, but it doesnt do justice until you actually go into the store, run your hand across the leather, touch the workmanship, then place the bag on your shoulder, or cross your body.Needless to say that I am a VERY satisfied customer and my comments are coming directly from my heart.
