I highly recommend Bee Safe Storage. I have been a customer with Bee Safe since it opened. The management is kind and is always very helpful. The prices for all of the units are very good. This facility is very well maintained and is immaculate. If I could give Bee Safe Storage more than a 5 star rating, I would.

Booked a reservation online yesterday. The website was easy to use. When I went in today to confirm and rent a unit the general manager, Allen Edwards, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The facility is nice and clean, temperature controlled, and there are dollys available for use. Great experience so far, and would recommend this storage facility for anyone looking for storage space near south Asheville.

The facility is great and Alan promptly took care of any questions I had. I highly recommend them and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

Allen is absolutely the best storage sales person/manager I have ever dealt with. He’s very, friendly, very polite. Absolute best storage space I’ve encountered. Being a traveling truck driver and musician, I’ve had to rent out multiple storage spaces around America, and Bee Storage is by far the most clean, well managed, and convenient facility I have visited thus far. If you’re in the Asheville area and need a trustworthy spot to store your beloved items, this is most definitely the spot to go to.

I really felt like my stuff was safe and secure in this facility! The owner and employees are also very nice and welcoming! They also have a small truck you can use in town within a certain amount of miles for free, I used it and it was definitely worth it. I definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for something safe and secure.

Fantastic storage facility. Top-knotch state-of-the-art facility that even has its own wine cellar! In-house shipping and packaging store on site! Great rates (especially for this kind of quality) and super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! Allen and Chrissy made sure all my needs were met and all questions answered. This storage is so extremely expensive wow I cant believe how expensive this place is they make you think youre getting a good deal until you see your first bill no way I cant wait to get my stuff away from there.

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful. The storage units are clean and carts are always in the proper locations. Elevators are spacious.Cons: If you cancel your storage unit early, there are NO refunds. Make sure to close out as close to your end date as possible! Also, some of the hallways are a bit tight making turns with carts.

The staff at the Asheville location is very personable and friendy, especially Allen. He made it very easy to communicate with them and was always on top of payments, etc. The hours of access were good and we had no problems getting in. Even when I had a faulty door code to get in the building; called customer service and they were able to give me a temporary code. Only reason I am not giving a 10 is because cubesmart tends to raise rates after a few months. Wish they would provide more long term pricing with no rate changes. Will definitely use again!

Moved into a 10X30 about two weeks ago. Great customer service. The facility is spotless, easy access.

We used a self packing moving company to move from Massachusetts to Asheville, North Carolina. It was a very complex move from a house we owned in Massachusetts to an apartment in Asheville. Therefore, we had half of our stuff going into storage with the other half going to our apartment. Bee Safe Storage was very accommodating in helping us select the right size climate storage locker, providing us with after hours access as well as finding a convenient place for the Moving Company to drop their 28 ft. trailer while I arranged for a local mover to unload into our Bee Safe storage locker and ultimately into our new apartment. Bee Safe Storage was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process!

Great face to face customer service. HOWEVER! The unit I reserved was not a true 5x7 due to support beams taking away 4-6 inches on eather side. Turning a 20 minute job into 2 hours a real life Tetris. And only ending because i chose to sell off items that would not fit...

Thought this place was great. But after Steve telling me that my dogs wouldnt be an issue, they ended up giving me a highlighted paper with rules about animals not being allowed to come in the building. Also when you rent a storage unit, you are supposed to pay for the dumpster if you use it. Once again, Steve telling me I could use it only to have that rule highlighted on the same paper. But he allows two others to cram it full of junk where you cant even close the lid on the dumpster. He allows these people to stay in the parking lot in a camper using the power from BeeSafe. Which is a lease violation according to the Rules and Regulations paper he gave me. Folks if you think this place is nice, just give it time. The new guy who works with Steve is the worst pick they could have hired. He has no customer skills skills and really doesnt know how to speak to people. There has been someone sleeping in his unit.. I basically was forced out of my unit on 2nd floor because I didnt fit in with the snobby Biltmore Estate trash that needed my unit. So I was put on the 3rd floor in the corner, so none would see me. According to this great manager Steve !.. Dont be fooled. Hes not who you meet when you 1st come. I give this place a thumbs down. And fyi.. your belongings are NOT safe here. I have witnessed people here all night long inside the building. Also have pics of this . Funny the doors lock at 10pm but they are in there walking out before doors open at 6 am. I plan to file complaints and also see what else I can do after being treated very unfair. !!!
