Great place with fun activities. I love the story of the Banjo and all. Great whitewater rafting. Beautiful campsites too. If the guides were just a little bit more enthusiastic about it, it would be my favorite place. By the way, shout out to Fish the guide, who DID have a great attitude and a trusting personality

Said they open at 10. Waiting for 30 minutes for someone to show up. Ruined our start time to our hike. I do not recommend coming here if you are on a schedule.

Get fully outfitted for NC hikes or strolls through downtown in style. Beautiful and serviceable, top quality garments, shoes, bags, and accessories fill this shop. Great gift giving opportunities exist as well! Prepare to spend good money for these high end products, but prices are fair. Lovely shop.

Very public crowded place now. Been visiting the area & running the Nantahala since mid 1970s was a small old country store then run by a few hippies... converted to what you see today...

Great shop to get outdoor gear. Besides clothing there are hydroflasks (water bottles) as well as snacks.
