Good selection of shoes. Prices are not bad either.

I went in with my family and the first stop in the store was great. Everyone was super helpful. One of the attendants put a pair of shoes on hold for an hour at most so that we could go get what we’d left in the car. When we went back there was a middle aged blonde at the register and she definitely put a huge damper on our trip. I told her the name the shoes were under then claimed that she didn’t see them despite holding the box with a sticky note that had my name and the time I’d return on it. Then she started berating my family and I on how rude and inconsiderate it was to place something on hold. It was clear how uncomfortable we were by how she acted towards us. We bought the shoes then left. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would never dream of treating ANYONE like that no matter the situation. It’ll be hard to return there knowing that this is the kind of service I might get when I walk in the store.

My husband got a good deal there. Buy one pair of shoes get second for half price...Rockport and New Balance. Wanted Sperrys but they did not have them in his size.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I went to see what my options were for returning a pair of shoes I received as a gift that didn’t like and before consulting with me they refunded the money to the gift-giver’s card. I did not agree to this. I would have kept the shoes if this was my only option. Essentially this store robbed me. Even after getting customer service on the line they refused to help me. I’ve been going to FF since I was a kid but if this is how they do business now then consider this customer gone for good.

Shoes! Boots! Sandals! My favorites. This was a great store. Super organized, neatly displayed and categorized. Flats, heels, etc. Wide aisles and places to try on. Staff was busy, but helpful.

Good selection, prices, got what wanted

Have a large selection of shoes, boots, sandals for the entire family. Only one problem that I could see. They do not have a great selection of wide width. I have a wide foot and have only found a few shoes in the entire store. Love the store and employees are friendly and helpful

There is a mask mandate. Signs are on the door but it is not being I’m enforced and employees are not even wearing masks.

Friendly and helpful employees. They have a large selection with pricing that is competitive. Its part of the outlet center and I have found sales on top of that make for some good value. I like to purchase in person instead of online. You get better service typically, and you can support your local community for jobs. If this was helpful, please hit the thumbs up like.

If there was a way to give a negative score for the Asheville North Carolina store (3293) I would. The assistant store manager tried to check us out and told us that our gift card was canceled by their company and she could not tell me why or what had happened. After several calls to her manager and a few attempts to the district manager which never answered she told us there wasnt anything she could do. Not a discount or anything for driving 1 1/2 hours to the store to use a gift card we paid $50 for that the store canceled without telling us anything did we get. There is no reason to have people in these jobs is to be able to help the customers and make it worth wild to come back to the store, to bad no one there has this idea in mind. The old golden rule that the customer is always right doesn’t seem to work in this store or in this area of the state. I had to call customer service to try to correct an issue that the company created by taking our money and not telling us. The customer service lady reactivated the gift card and added $25.00 more to the card for our trouble. She and her manager could not understand why the assistant manager, store manager or the district manager did nothing at that time. I also filed a corporate complaint but it went to the district manager which did nothing like before. When she called she was rude and had an attitude toward me as she said she had talked to the assistant manager and store manager. Again nothing but attitude when I asked why nothing was offered to us and she said the store manager could have offered us a 10% discount. I guess their way to solve taking $50.00 from someone and letting the drive 1 ½ hours to the store is worth only 10%. I hope a lot of people read this and stay out of the store in Asheville as it is not worth going to.

A weird shoe store, but good prices overall. However, if you want Nike, walk down to the Nike outlet for a better selection.

Great selection, good prices. Once I found a sales person they were very friendly, but I had to look for them in order to pay for my purchase.
