Excellent value. High level of detail with matching paint color, body panel gaps and surface finish. Finished nearly 2 weeks ahead of promised completion date and had great communication with the additional damage the insurance adjuster missed from his over the phone estimate. Another gem company that will get my business in the future.

So... after 46 years of driving, I had my first accident. (no one else involved thank goodness!) I went to Johnson Auto. Yes it did take a while to get in. Yes it did take a while to get my truck back. Was it worth it? YES!!! They did a fantastic job and my truck looks new just like promised!! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I hope to go another 46 years accident free BUT if I need them, I will definitely to back to Johnson!! Thank you!p.s. the detail in and out was a wonderful surprise!!Update: I’ve used them again (not accident related!!) and am extremely happy again!!This company comes highly recommended.

I have used Johnson’s Auto Body many different times over the past 15 years, and never had any complaints. This most recent time I had to have a bumper and bedside repaired/replaced on my truck. It was through an insurance claim, and payment was sent directly to the body shop. After waiting 6 weeks to get my truck into the shop, I was given an estimate completion of 4 to 5 days. I received a call the day after dropping it off, letting me know that the tailgate handle was broken. They priced a replacement at $125. I opted to replace it myself, for $35. Nine days later..... that’s right twice the estimated completion time, I get my truck back. The bed liner on the top of the bedside doesn’t match the rest of the bed, I can see scratches in the windshield where masking was cut on it with a razor, and the fuel door is broken. When asking for the fuel door to be repaired I was told and quote “I’m not paying for that”. The best I could get them to agree to was, I would buy the fuel door at cost, they would paint and install. Turns out they bought a used door and swapped the base onto my old one. Still charged me the price for the new door. It’s a shame they did such good business at one time. I will not be taking anything back to Johnson’s Auto Body again.

The only place I will ever take a car again!!! Johnsons really goes above and beyond with service. Not only did the car look like the accident never happened, they detailed the inside of the car like it just came off the show room floor. Thanks Mike and crew for such great work!
