Friendly staff and good prices for gas

Ive used George and Raymond for all my auto difficulties for the last 2+ years and honestly, I have found them both to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to car diagnostics as well as their prices as being very fair. They never recommend doing extras unless needed and their work is beyond excellent. Two nicer individuals in this business you will not find. I highly recommend them whether your mechanical problem is large or small. Excellent service all around!

I have done business with George for several years and have always been very satisfied with the experience. I would not hesitate to use him again. I have some background in auto mechanics so I understand how much labor is involved. I have always felt him to be honest and his pricing fair.

This place is great. Needed a repair and was told that it may come under warranty from my dealer, so they told me to go there first. Dealer declined to fix it under warranty, so George asked me what their estimate was, and said it was too high. He fixed it promptly, and I have gone to him ever since.

A conscientious auto service center, and a good value. Raymond is a good man, honest, and diligent. Theyve surprise me time and again with their good work, and fair pricing.

Been going here for years! Best service, very friendly and helpful. They always have the lowest gas prices and have always been a full service station, which is unheard of. My go-to spot for gas, repairs, inspection, etc.

I am simply very frustrated with the care of the people who work in this mechanic. The owner was completely rude to me because I put my car somewhere he did not want it to be. He did a rude thing for something simple and still complained to another guy about a simple fact. Besides they do not accept debit card. I felt really bad this morning because of this situation. Please do not go to this place if you do not want to ruin your day! They are not professionals on how to treat a customer well.

We go to this gas station pretty often. My fiancé had a pretty bad experience one time and went back to them to tell them what happened. George, the owner, made it right and did it with a smile on his face. The price is fairly low for gas and employees are always very kind, I would recommend going to this station if you’re driving by and need gas or an inspection (:

Dont use the full service side. They advertise a price of 2.77, and then when you pull up to full service theres a really small sign that says 3.29. You wont see this sign because its right where you pump and since they are pumping the gas theres no reason for you to be out of your car in order to see it. By the time you turn on your car and you realize they ripped you off its too late. Shady business practices from a shady owner. Borderline scam, take your business to the gas station 100 yards down the road.

Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment to get an alignment. When I showed up they had no idea I was coming in. They said the apt was to drop it off and leave it for the whole day till somebody could get to it. If you want good customer service go across the street to Tim at Ashland Auto Service. He is much better, not to mention better priced as well.

Excellent customer service the gentleman on Sundays is most helpful he has helped with air when he isnt supposed to they always treat me like family I love going here and tell all my friends and family to stop in and get gas there to help support local buisness and because its best in town

I was having a difficult time finding a shop in Ashland that offered state inspections, and finally found Ashland Auto Service Center in Downtown Ashland, i must say, im glad i did, the owner George is the most friendly shop owner ive ever met, not only he did the inspection but also went out of his way to check extra things that usually dont get checked during inspections, I give this business a thumbs up and recommend it to anybody looking for a friendly environment to get your car fixed

I went to Ashland auto service center to fix my my car I had a problem with my engine light, george did the diagnosis and found out the problem, he fixed it right away, he was so professional took his time to explain in details what was happening to my car, he was so patience and his price is unbelievably fair, I never expected to have a good experience and learn a lot about my car .from now on hes my only mechanic I trust with my car I highly recommend him to everyone.

If you are in the Ashland area and want to get your car fixed, go ANYWHERE but here. (I reccomend Lakeside Garage on 126 in Framingham,personally) ... My boyfriend and I came by when his breaks stopped working correctly because this place was the closest, and they all but completely ignored us.One of the guys came up to us, and sort of pretend to care ... He asks my boyfriend for his keys, drives his car around the block .... Gives him the keys back and goes inside ... Then the two guys working are just standing around, talking, legitimately ignoring us ... We stood there for about another five minutes,m just looking at them blatantly ignoring us ... It was absurd.This place is fine if you want to get gas - it is full service, so that is a plus for some people ... But if you ask them to do anything but pump gas, expect to be ignored.
