24 hours after having my oil changed here there was a giant puddle of oil under my car and my low oil pressure light was on. Clearly this oil change was not done properly and now I have to get my car repaired.UPDATE: Chris, the manager, responded quickly and fixed my car at no cost to me. They even offered to arrange a ride for me so I could easily get back to the shop to pick up my car. Im happy to say my car is back to its normal self!

Quick and efficient, particularly considering they were really busy during peak season. Caught an issue another mechanic might have missed. Chris is really pleasant and communicates clearly. I definitely will be bringing my car back for regular service, and Im sure whatever else it needs.

I cant call my self a regular customer of Monro Ashland until today. I moved to Ashland less than a year ago. And I visited this body shop couple of times.I had a little accident yesterday. Caught a huge steel 8-9 pin in the rear wheel. I came to the guys. It was sealed in 20 minutes. When I wanted to pay, I was told that I didnt need to. I tried to insist, they said: you will still come to us for the regular service. Youre a great customer. It made my day.

Omg this people were amazing, it sad I didn’t get their names. It was Saturday 1/23/2021. At 1:20pm I had a flat tire and I asked if they can put air in it for me, they smiled and said yes of course! So when he was about to put in the air, he realized the tire was really down, then he said if you have the time we will take off the tire and seal and patch everything for you, so I said ok go ahead and not knowing how much it w ill cost me, so he came back after a few minutes to tell me the tons of work they have to do on the tire, so I asked how much it will cost me and he was like” nothing “ what ? After working on my car for an hour ! He Nothing all you need to do is to go out and drive your car home! Thank you guys. I don’t know what would have happened to me if I haven’t met you guys because I had no money on me and my card had only $23. Thank you for allowing yourselves to be used by God. Thank you.

I needed a tire repair, which was done very quickly. I was told I should really replace the tire, but since they didnt carry that size, they let me know a few options at other businesses that could save me money. I was impressed by that.

Had an appointment. They knew what I needed over the phone, get to the location and I am informed they cannot perform the type of repair I need as they are short personnel. Wasted my time.The RT9 Framingham Monro is far more professional, I suggest going there.

I brought my Jeep in for 4 new tires, oil change, and brake replacement. Dropped the car off and they called me within a few hours to let me know the work was completed. Ive never met such a great crew in a service center before. Came in without an appointment for an oil change and the manager Dylan was able to fit me right in no problem. Then, his technician (I think it was Elliot or Eli?) got it done nice and quick. They explained to me what would need replacing soon like air filters and brakes but didnt urge me to do it right away, which was a great change from what Ive experienced with other shops. These are your guys if youre looking for fast, friendly, and professional. Will definitely come back.

Im sure the entire team here is great but I talked mostly to Aaron and Angel and theyre fantastic. My car had an exhaust leak that made it fail inspection. Took it here to get it fixed, Angel showed me exactly where the leak was and explained what he would do to fix it step by step, then Aaron gave me a great deal. Only took about an hour. Took it right back to the inspection and passed no problem. Very happy

Stopped in to have a tire that kept leaking looked at. I have brought it to other places and no one could fix it. Not only did Eli take it right in, but he found the leak no one else could. The cost? Went in to get an oil change and filter. Shane Rossi was the best. Took the time to explain all the oil types I could choose from, the cost, and what it would do to my engine. Also suggested BG 44K as a fuel injector cleaner. He reset my warning light. VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. I think I found my new mechanic!

I went there with no appointment but with one flat tire and two soft tires. They were wonderful about working me into their busy schedule. Also, their prices were very reasonable. In spite of their busy schedule, my car was ready in two hours. I strongly recommend them.

Stopped in on a Sunday to get my tire patched so I can get into work and these guys took care of me and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes!! Great place to get work done on your car. I know most people would be skeptical of latger, corporate owned garages, but these guys do great work at reasonable prices and in a timely fashion. Not to mention the mechanics tend to be very honest about work you need done. The new manager is also much more approachable than the last guy they had in there.These dont try to swindle you with unnecessary replacement parts or maintenance just to make money, they genuinely care about doing quality work. Ive been going here for about a year now and Ive yet to leave unsatisfied. Highly recommend this shop if you live in the area! 👍👍👍

I went to Monro cause my car was making a bad clunking sound so they took it for a quick spin around the parking lot and put it up on the lift looked under my car and within 10 minutes they told me it was my transmission..So of course I was second guessing cause I have never had or have a problem with my transmission . The next day I take it to my mechanic and he immediately found the problem! No it was not my transmission it was a stabilizer link that was broken ... I think these people need to take more time to diagnose the problem on people’s vehicles...

Recent brought my truck over the the boys at monroe. Couldnt pass inspection due to the front end being worn out. The boys were incredibly professional and very courteous. The crew here is terrific, please dont move them. Dillion is my go to guy and he is terrific. I am an older lady and most garage people try to pull the wool over your eyes. Dillion has never done that and is straight up with me. He has been very good to me every time I have had a problem with my car. Allen is great, he is very personable and a joy to talk to. Made an online appointment for an oil change late morning for end of day. When I arrived, it was clear whatever approval process they have for adding the apppointment is flawed. I requested the appointment, it was confirmed. When I arrive 4 hours later, I was told they didnt have the parts and couldnt do the service. I have no issue with the fact they couldnt service the vehicle. I do have an issue that I wasnt told until I arrived at the appointment time. All they needed to do was call and say sorry cant do it.

Had a sudden flat. The good people here helped replace my tire within an hour. Great service.

Never had a issue, I’ve lived in the area for 13 years! There was a change in management a few months back. The guy Walter who was the manger at the time was a Sleazeball! Now it’s not to bad. I live down the street so I chose them over convenience, but they do good work. I’ve never had a problem with disrespect and as far as the oil change being done and not calling, give them a break they get busy and they don’t have a secretary. They figure if you were that worried about it you would call, and low and behold your car has been done for a while. Not a huge deal, take a deep breath, and be thankful it’s not the transmission lol. I will go here until I feel I’m being disrespected or cheated, and I haven’t felt that way yet. Stay tuned for the next review if there shall be one lol.

Oil change priced well but you get the typical service center upsell BS. When my vehicle was done being serivced I was told I needed front struts and that would run me $800...not happening. And I was told I needed a new engine air filter. I asked how much the filter would be, which I was told $30 and I declined. That to which I was told i was making a big mistake, that didnt sit well with me. Sorry Id rather pay $8 for the filter on Amazon and put one in myself, only as simple as opening your hood. The real kicker is when I checked my filter myself it wasnt dirty at all!

Absolutely the worst of the worst.Six months ago I had an oil change appointment and showed up on time. No one was in the front desk area. After ten minutes I knocked on the glass door so the three employees would know I was there.I was acknowledged with a wave.No one came out.Knocked again in five minutes and got another wave.Note only one of the three was working on a car.I left.Had an 8am appointment today.Showed up at 745am as their website shows they open at 730 am.No one thereBig sign in window OPEN.Employee shows up at 8am and says they open at 8amTold him I had made an appt on line; he chuckled saying good luck with that.Told me he had no employees coming in to 930amThe management if any at this place is pathetic.Never again.

I was able to get my headlight changed at a great price the same day that I called about it and the customer service was excellent. Dylan was incredibly skilled and accomodating.

Brought my car in for a routine oil change. Several hours went by without a call, I called several hours later and was informed that the vehicle was done. Upon arrival I learned that the oil change was completed but there was a small oil leak in the oil pan. I asked how much it would be to fix/replace and the employee did not even know how to look up the parts. I dont understand why they wouldnt have contacted me once the leak was located and asked whether or not I wanted to get it taken care of. Now I need to go back and pay for them to replace the oil pan and on top of that pay for another oil change, where is the common sense/customer service in that?

I went to get rear brakes. Front rotors and pads were also installed even when I did not need them replaced. This took over 4 hours. Aaron is a dishonest person. All he said was how much of a discount I was getting. I showed the bill to another Monro and was told I did not receive and discount. Never going BACK!!!
