I could not be happier I was introduced to Powertune. They truly have the best customer service of any mechanic shop I have been to in my life. Long story short, they picked up my car at my house and brought it back. The mechanic even showed up with my brake pads to show me how worn they were. All this because they knew my wife is expecting our second child any day now. They wanted to make sure we had safe tires and breaks on the car (the tires were bald and breaks shot). I am very appreciative they went above and beyond. They certainly have earned my business for all future repairs.

They saved me when my car broke down across the street! Open early and late, I was able to leave my car and pick it up after work. So friendly, did great work and excellent communication. Will be back!

New to the area and found these guys Warren went above and beyond fixing what the dealership couldnt figure out very knowledgeable from oil changes to lifted trucks to building rqce cars highly recommended will definitely be back in the future

Excellent value they go the extra mile

They always explained what they found, and how they would fix it, and sometimes cut the bill down a little bit. Also would tell me what maintenance my kind of car is likely to need. I have brought my last three cars to Powertune. I thought I had an oil leak but it turned out to be my transmission pan, they fixed it under a day.

I’m extremely happy with the service that Power Tune provides. They are always friendly and you can trust that they have your best interest when you take your car to them. The last visit I called on a very short notice and they were able to fit my car in just before the busy holiday period.It’s comforting to know that the value, quality, and honest service is there when I need it. Powertune in Ashland MA and Warren Heaps to the rescue- Powertune has been my repair and service shop for over 7 years-- They service all 3 of my Cars-- but tonight they EXCEEDED expectations-- it is 7 PM and my wifes car has an oil issue--she needed the car in the AM to get to her clinical --and Powertune and Warren came to the rescue --he and his wife Tracy took my car in, fixed the issue and we are good to go----- and he was more than happy to help us out. I think that Warren and all the guys at Powertune are great and I wouldnt think of bringing my car to any other shop. They always go out of their way to finish the work quickly but always make sure to do the job right! Their prices are good and they never try to sell you something you dont need and thats why I trust them. Its great to have a place you can turn to when you have a problem and know you are going to be treated fairly and thats why I go to Powertune for problems and routine care.

Warren at Power Tune has always taken great care of our cars. Hes completely honest--I had some issues where I expected to have a major repair, but he was able to fix it with a small part instead of replacing a major component.

I have been taking my car here for over 10 years. They do awesome work and are quick to take my car everytime I call. They promptly call me after I drop my car off and let me know whats up before they work on it. Powertune is family owned and their attention to detail and quality really make them a stand out in the area for car services and tires. I dont live in the Ashland area any more but, I still go the extra distance because as we all know, a reliable auto repair shop you can trust is not easily found. The fact that they are personable is an added bonus.
