This was the best Joann Fabrics Ive ever been in. I wish we had one like this in Salisbury, MD

Me and my long distance boyfriend made tie blankets together while he was visiting. We used fabric in the childrens pajama fabric section (thats what it was labeled as) and they came out wonderful. I miss him dearly.

This joanns seems to be slow about putting out new stuff from happy planner

Hardly any effort from the employees to assist the customer. I waited 17 minutes for someone to help me in the frame department. The one and only cashier on duty was extremely rude and abrupt to the customers in line.

Love all the storys fabric and supplies I need for everything I am making. Staff is always helpful. Do not know what I would do without this place!

This is the first time Ive been in the Ashland, KY Jo-Ann fabrics and craft store, that it has been neat and products easy to find. I complimented one of the staff she laughed and said they just had inventory and it wouldnt stay this way. I go in Jo Ann stores in different parts of kY and other states I visit and they are all well maintained but this one is always a mess so you notice when it is neat.

I love to go to Jann fabrics and Crafts! They have something for just about anyone who does any sewing or craft work. You can also just decorate your home from the store. They have a lot of decorative items for any given season. Right now my Joann has Fourth of July decor on sale and its already been decimated! You have got to be quick to get in on these sales!!! Today I went in to get yarn to finish a project and the pickings were thin there too. The staff are always great though about using every possible coupon you have to save you money. They are the greatest!!!!

Love love going there! My favorite place in the world. The only drawback is the coupons are all for online sales and I have never gotten good service with their online. Plus I like to touch the fabric and look at it closely before I buy it.

This was the worst Joanns Ive ever been too. The selection was not there. I wish there was a better store closer to me on a Sunday.

Ryan is an asset to your store..... Hes personable, and knew where everything i needed was. I didnt have to look aimlessly. My only fault with the store is the 5 inch foam in only in green. I need flesh tone/tan color.

Ordered online. Great prices with discounts. One of the colors I ordered wasnt available, but they quickly sent an email letting me know. ~5 minute wait to checkout, but once up to the counter the friendly cashier promptly got my order in my hand and I was out the door.

If you are someone who is into sewing and crafts then this is the place you need to go for your supplies. I went with my wife this evening and she was able to find everything she was looking for and the prices were great. I do not know a lot about sewing but she was very happy that they had everything she wanted. The staff was very friendly and was able to help her find what she was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place.

My order was right up front and ready. The cashier was kind. I love shopping at Joanns Fabric. This one is tricky to get to if youre not familiar with the area.

Stopped in because I was looking specifically for the Cricut machine that was on sale. They didnt have the item in stock but were extremely helpful. They told me how to order it from home to save the shipping. It was strange that it was cheaper for me to do that then for them to transfer the item from another store. Also looking for specific team fabric, they didnt have it in stock. Salesperson took the time to look up 4 different items and gave me the inventory from 3 other stores. Im extremely impressed with the customer service at this store. Even the cashier was knowledgeable and super friendly. Great staff.

Stopped by while in town visiting my sister. I was disappointed in their limited knit selections. I also was looking for material to make athletic shorts and was unable to find any. Their cotton selection was absolutely wonderful. Clerks were efficient and pleasant but they seemed short handed.

I love this place. They have great quality products and they accept competitors coupons. One of my favorite places to shop for craft supplies and fabric.

Very expensive. $15 for a quarter.... I got 8 yards of great fabric at Walmart instead for $10. I love my crafts but I thought it was way too expensive.

It’s a great store if you want to spend an hour in line. 30 minutes to get fabric cut. And while you wait you get to listen to the employees gossip about the management and other employees. Finally get your fabric cut and head to the check out counter, just to find one checker and 15 people waiting to check out. 30 minutes to get checked out. This is exactly why I started shopping for fabric online. If a company can’t afford to hire enough employees to run the store then they deserve to loss their customers to online stores.

This is a great place for the crafty person. It has a wide variety of items to choose from. It has many materials to choose from if you are wanting to make clothes. The only drawback I have is during the fall season they put out cinnamon scented items right at the front door. I am allergic to cinnamon so if you are allergic to it please be careful when you enter the store.

I dont shop here much at all, but this particular day I stopped to shop for a certain craft item. I asked a clerk for help. She not only said they have the item, she walked me to the item! Great friendly service!

We like to look around great selection of fabrics. A lot pricey

Dirty, crowded. Looks like an early 1980s that has never been updated. Extremely limited selection. Drove 40 minutes to get there, and they had nothing like the items on the website.

They dont price match items like they say they do. They are about twice the price as other stores.
