After working with this company for more than 20 years, it has taken over 40 days to receive a printing estimate. We are very disappointed. In light of global warming/paperless writers; the eBook revolution; KDP: and Amazons printing domination, this firm should be grateful for any of us who are interested in printing with them. Shelley Sapyta, my former contact at Bookmasters (now Baker & Taylor), was a dedicated colleague; she retired this year. I miss her prompt responses, professionalism, customer care, and genuine concern for each of my ten projects over the years. Mark Suchomel, Senior VP of Sales and Client Services; and Bob Gospudack, Senior VP of Operations, and their team have disappointed my family, team and me. Although you have great reviews from employees; employees relatives; subcontractors; truckers; and a few writers, as an author/publisher, my recent experiences have been disappointing. We expected better service from what was formerly Bookmasters. May God bless you all. I forgive you; at the same time, this was a horribly unexpected lapse in customer care. Overnight parking, fast unloading, receiving starts at 7 am, there is two receiving docks, you can open the doors back into them and sleep until they start unloading you, also room on the side for overnight parking

They hired me... gave me a start date... and the day before my start date called to say they had to end the offer they made me. Due to past felony charges that they was aware of in the first place. I had also worked there through a temp service with my felony charges before. Hmmm... professional

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BOOK!!! They are incredibly difficult to work with. writers are below grade, editors are very late in processing changes. its impossible to get ahold of someone at this company. Our book will be several months later than promised

I have been working with Bookmasters for 20 years now, involving 3 books. The one successful book has now been printed 11 times! Bookmasters employees, some of which have been there from the get go, are wonderful to work with. Prices are reasonable. The company is an honest broker. I trust it. No surprise that the esteemed Baker and Taylor has joined in with the company. Over the years, the intelligent Bookmasters staff has fixed complex problems (fraudulent book buyers, books that dont sell, shipments to wrong address) painlessly for me.

Shelley gave us a tour, along with some history. She told us the best route to go and how to get a bang for our bucks. The price was within reach, and BM did a fantastic job!!!
