The service was bad walk in and walk past 4 associates was talking had ask them for help. Then when I got to check out I wanted to use my change I had she try say couldnt take it. But finally was able to use it will not return there ever again!!!

Great selection of shoes. I have a difficult time purchasing shoes because I wear a size 15,4x wide. With Rack Room I tend to always fine a handful of shoes in stock that fit me perfectly. If they do not have them in stock they always offer to order them online for me. The staff is always friendly and store is always clean. I will continue to go to Rack Room.

Good deal if u buy 2 pairs of shoes...they carry large sizes for my 6 ft son ...wish they had a bigger variety of youth shoes..with and without cartoon characters.

Need better selection I found one pair and the wife found none. Also would like to see military discounts applied everyday instead of just Tuesdays.
