They are the kindest most professional people to conduct business with! They have a lot of knowledge about their products and helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our new home. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Been thinking of new bathroom floor they have great selection.

I spent $10,000 on flooring that fell apart. They sent me someone to fix it, they charged me $275 and within 2 weeks it feel apart again. I will never do business with them again!

HORRIBLE CONTRACTORS AND SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP. THEY DID SUCH A TERRIBLE JOB THAT I HAD TO REMOVE THE DRYWALL THEY INSTALLED AND ENDED UP FINDING THAT THEY DUCT TAPED LIVE WIRES BEHIND MY WALL (SEE PICS). MY WHOLE FAMILY COULD HAVE DIED FROM AN ELECTRICAL FIRE. EITHER DO IT YOURSELF OR HIRE A QUALITY PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU CAN. IF THEY REPLY TO THIS POST AND DENY EVERYTHING JUST KNOW THAT THEYRE LYING.

I had my floors and countertops done with Great American and Im so pleased it how they turned out. Honest and good work are the two words Id use to describe working with them. I highly recommend them if needing flooring/kitchen work done.
