Super fun place. Fair prices and even better doughnuts. Love the old diner feel and there was plenty of parking.

Good donuts. I walked in at 10:15 pm and the lady working told me this was what she walked into. In less time than it took me to smoke I had the donuts I wanted, fresh, and in hand. Excellent service, excellent donuts.

Love the donuts but they are never open! Went by at 4 PM on day and they were closed but they close at 8. People were sitting outside and told me when they run out they close! I thought you made more when you run out like you used to do!! Went another day at 7 and they were closed!

They say if you dress up like a pirate you get free donuts...you have to steal them but hey, frees free

Loved this place every time we drive through Kentucky from Michigan we stop going and coming for two fresh dozen of donuts they are always fresh Thank you.

Their sign says no mask no service but that is not the case. They serve people without masks. I inquired about frozen coffee and received a lecture about how they arent McDonalds and about how they arent Tim Hortons. The lady came off very snobby. I couldnt browse the donuts over her preaching so I left. I wanted to try the maple donut but the service tasted bad enough I didnt care to try the food.

Surprisingly clean, fresh, delicious, and friendly. Ive been to other locations in the past when I was younger and it was always the yellowed eyed coffee drinkers with a cigarette hanging in the edge of their mouth. But not here, I truly enjoyed my visit. The older waitress even brought over a cup of ice incase my daughters hot chocolate was to hot.

The donuts arent whats bad, I think they were delicious but some occupied the bathroom for 2 hours

Where else can you go to get a sweet ( very fresh) treat in a short time? In addition the coffee is one of the very best cups in town and the service is outstanding. This store has a family feel that welcomes you in to visit with friends and take a box home. If one is good, 12 will be better!

Drove all the way down from pike county to see a locked doors it was 530 and the sign says 8pm is when they closed and 2 people in the front and no one would even say why or what was going on just a shewing motion to leave I will not be back

Im sitting in there parking lot and their sign says they SHOULD be open according to there times. But they have tge CLOSED sign up and there is 3 people inside and WONT answer their phone. Worst business practice EVER!!!

We hail from Jupiter Donut Factory territory in Florida, and frankly Jolly Pirate is a lot better! Pleasantly surprised with this place. Service was quick and super friendly. The donuts are really inexpensive considering the quality. Love that toasted coconut and the honey glazed. My husband will gladly take jelly filled whatever. Good thing were on the other side of town!

Always have some creative and delicious donuts, but sometimes lacking in variety. We dont go there often and it is disapponting when over half the trips result in not getting the donut you want. Still, that is just how good they are.

Jolly Pirate is by far the very best donut Ive had anywhere in the past 30 years! I wanted to take some over to my vets office because they had been so nice to my dog during a long bout of illness, so I got two dozen mixed and none of the people could believe how great they were. They were so happy they even sent me a thank you card! Thanks for making everyone happy, Jolly Pirate. I plan on stopping by there again real soon!

Love their doughnut holes. We were there on the Christmas parade night. The line was wrapped around the whole building and they got everyone taken care of so quickly!

We were just passing through and decided to stop in at jolly pirate, the donuts were amazing, It was around 4pm and they were still fresh and tasted great !!!!! Also the store was clean and the workers were nice . I would definitely recommend stopping at this jolly pirate location!!!!

Well it takes me almost 45 minutes to drive here from my house and I still make the trip. That should tell you something. Prices could be a little lower but even at the prices they charge its still worth it.

How can you not visit Ashland without also visiting Jolly Pirates? Unless you dont like donuts... The donuts are always consistently good and so is the coffee btw. The store is always clean and the service is always friendly.
