The people at Big Lots are friendly and helpful. They have lots of grocery items you may not see everywhere else. Havent really shopped furniture there, but they have a lot of items.My problem with BL is that their groceries are much more expensive than they used to be, although you can find occasional bargains.

I buy a lot here but have noticed that they havent been using my card and giving me credit for my purchases. Also have tried to get furniture was told was in stock and when trying to pick up was told out of stock...on two different occasions. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Love the variety they have and the quality some is a little overpriced. But overall one of. Favorite places to shop. Furniture side could use improvement.

I have to say Im very impressed at the pretty decor and furniture they offer for sale. Some items are a little pricey tho. Im not sure on quality since the only thing I purchased during my visit was a toy. Said toy didnt work unfortunately. When doing my return i had no issues. Over all I will be back to look at some other items such as the decor. They have some really good finds!!

I would shop at this store just because of a couple of their employees, very sweet and helpful! We recently got ourselves and children beds and furniture from there and Dustin was a huge help! Weve bought a couch and kitchen table there in the past and they have held up great!

Those five stars go to the cashier i didnt check out I honesty left cause she was fighting the computer an had 20 ppl in line she prob fixed it but not one co worker helped just very busy

There were a lot of things out of stock, most likely due to shoppers stocking up during this second wave of COVID. You can, however, see that they are doing their best. Clean store, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Complimentary sanitizers available at the entrance.

This store is disorganized in areas and not very clean. Pricing is no better than Walmart. While in line I learned they do not accept EBT.

Havent been there in a while but have some unique items. Their furniture looks awesome. Lots of household and garden items. Good food items. Some items reasonable some not. Overall good place to stop. Check it out.

Love to find everything at Big lots

Checkout staff is friendly however there was only one checkout open and about 7 to 10 people in the waiting to check out She was quite fast however.Lots of empty shelves right now and it took me 10 minuets to find the Easter candy and the selection this year was slim pickings. It seemed to be like the night before the holiday. There was a man there who appeared to be the manger and I went to ask a question and he took off in the opposite direction.

Literally the worse big lots Ive ever shopped at and Ive shopped at several..management is horrible at this particular location

This store is great the associates working there were really helpful and help us find exactly what we needed. They even went out of their way to go back and look for several different items. the cashier even told me how to save money on my purchase when I went through line and I ended up saving $45 off the entire purchase price of my mattress.

I like big lots not bad prices they have house furniture they sale some grocery house hold products and yard tools and other things I highly recommend them. Go see for your self its a nice store with many different things.

I like the selection of products and the prices are great! The cashiers are nice and employees are knowledgeable of the products they sale.

Nice Shopping Day! Not too busy, I enjoyed the newly remodeled store. The store was nice and clean and easy to get around, no crowded aisles. Found what I was shopping for, the only downside was the lack of toys and accessories for children. I will have to shop elsewhere for those needs.

I wanted to get a couch they had for them to tell me that Id have to travel an hour away to pick it up

Always interesting shopping here. Store is clean and well organized. I buy from all departments. For the money, I like shopping their furniture. I get good service from the pieces I have purchased. I plan to buy more.

Bought our furniture there. For a little less than 500 bucks, we got a new sofa and recliner, the guy hooked us up with any discount he could and gave us detailed information on the replacement guarantee. We were told that if we wait until right before the 3 year mark to return them for literally any reason you can get a brand new set for free. So its like you get two for the price of one. Hopefully it is as good as it sounds. Wait for my next review in 3 years haha.

Worked here for a couple months. Management is super friendly. They hired too many people and cut everyone’s hours. Which is really unfortunate for their loyal employees who have been working there for years. One day they’ll figure it out though. Store is always clean. Prices are ok.

By taking your time to talk with us and helped us out. It means a great deal to us.So glad Walmart was closed because the cashiers there are very limited to how they can help a customer.Not the employees fault at all.We need more shops like Big Lots in our small town. Friendlier environment and shopping experience than you know who.

Its big lots. They do have a pretty good furniture section though which adds another start.
