I went to radio shack seeking help fixing my parents computer, it is a franken computer I have built from parts of other computers. I needed a part that is generally no longer available and an older gentleman working on 4/6/16 found a way to get me that part, I do not remember his name but I would like to tell him thank you.

Very friendly service and when I discovered I didnt need what I had bought, it was no problem to bring it back.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the prices are way too high for what they selling.

If youre looking for a phone you are in luck but their electronic parts supply is limited and over priced
