A very charming apartment...a very good location...but one thing is not good...u have to walk for 400 m from main road to reach the entrance...

Place is good. Flats are good. But from entrance its quite long to walk till building & Covered Car parking space is less then open car parking. Its near by Main highway.

I love it

A luxury complex near swabhumi on eastern metropoliton bypass, in kolkata. Seems to be a decent place, still under construction. Construction and handover is delayed by nearly 7-8months. Decent promoter. Hope to get a new star appartment in complex.

Construction quality good but Building layout is cramped, Wind flow is not very nice. There is a chance that another complex will come up right in front of it which will kill the view for flats upto atleast 20th floor. I did not like it enough to make it my home.
