Never really had a bad experience here, sometimes the prices are not great but its definitely nicer than some of the other options for groceries in town.

Best place to grocery shop in Ashland. If youre looking for cheaper regular food (not organic, local health food stuff). Big selection of items and great prices

It is not my usual store so finding things was not easy. I definitely like stores that have a nutrition department with healthier stuff all in one section. I gave it 3 stars because their produce was really rotten looking especially the Strawberries that were on sale. They also dont carry gluten free chicken nuggets.

Shawn D. Is AMAZING! He helped me with my groceries and walked me to my car when he saw I couldn’t carry all my stuff. They where short in staff, but still took the time to help me to the car. He needs a promotion! very valuable employee.

Wow!!! Was completely amazed at how affordable Albertsons is. Cheaper than Wal-mart and Winco on my favorite items. Love your deli and fresh flowers!

Its Albertsons. Although, lately I have enjoyed the customer service more than before. The newer employees give you their attention and smile instead of the snooty looks and awkward silence I used to get. Good job too the new employees 👏

First of all, really nice/good people work here. Having said that... This is the slowest checkout in Ashland! Not enough cashiers and no self checkout.. Long lines.Also, crazy prices. I would not buy anything here unless its on sale and even then its not quite a fair price. Try shop n kart or the co op or try Sherms food 4 Less in Medford.

One of the guys at the meat counter is always singing, hes really good, its enjoyable! I usually check out at customer service when I can bc the cashier Jeremy is super nice and compliments me :) really, most of the staff is awesome, but the store seems to be out of things, a lot. Not sure if thats bc of covid or if thats normal.

Albertsons in Ashland Oregon was open at 6am.

First day in Ashland. Just moved here from out of state. Baked goods were delicious. Got Starbucks coffee. Clerk very nice & helpful. Check out clerk efficient and very nice. Everyone welcomed us to Ashland. Plan on returning to get Staples for kitchen and for Thanksgiving.

I usually shop at Albertsons in Ashland OR because it is close and friendly, and because I thought it was safe -- with required mask wearing during COVID, but the other day, a family of four was in the store shopping, and they were not wearing masks...--- this is mid oct 2020 when masks are mandated by the state of Oregon and new cases of COVID19 are spiking. I mentioned to the cashier that the family was maskless, the clerk replied, we cant force them to wear them. True, but perhaps the store could provide paper masks and request the family to wear them, or refuse to serve the family. Instead, the family shopped freely without masks and then paid for their items and left, and I just wish the store staff would have said something to the family to encourage mask wearing, because there are elderly and medically fragile people in Ashland, so it is just common courtesy to WEAR A MASK not just for ones own protection but for the protection of others.

Great place but the quality of products used to be better before they bought the old Safeway. Now Safeway has the best quality produce etc. and Albertsons has second best... at best.

I bought some cookies and came back few minutes later to get a refund because i change my mind .Instead i grab a tray of fruit i pay cashier(TRAVIS) as i was walking on my way out the store i look at my receipt and realize i pay cash instead of snap so i walk back to to store the cashier (TRAVIS) see me and rolled his eyes at me and said “WHAAAT NOW!!!Im nice and very respectful person to everyone and felt really sad to received this type of customer service .

Not a huge fan of this location. The bakery area wasn’t great in the service it provided me, but I guess that’s how it goes sometimes. It’s a bit on the small size for an Albertsons. It would probably be worth your time to just go to Medford to be honest.

Cant say Ive ever had a bad experience at Albertsons. Its your standard grocery store. I know they bought Safeway, so there run the exact same way. They both have a ton of choices to chose from. They also generally always have friendly helpful staff

Nice store lots of selections. Seems pricey till you shop more stores in Ashland. Fresh deli, meat & fish counters knowledgeable butchers. Organic and vegetarian options throughout. Friendly staff. Recommended!

Nice store too bad the employees dont have a great attitudes or exceptional customer service skills. Quite rude and then eill try and laugh it off. Safeway is much better

I used to avoid Albertsons, but lately I am enjoying going to the Ashland store. The prices are good and you dont have to be a member. Be prepared to wait in a line a little longer than most stores, but it is a good exercise in patience.

Very clean and the folks are so wonderful. They encourage you to sample their deli food before you purchase. It is so quiet too.

We were visiting nieces in Ashland and planned a trip to Crater Lake. Stopped in to get picnic items and the vegetable tray we wished to take was not available. A very helpful employee, Jessie, went to the produce folks and they made one up for us right while we waited! That was so great and it was delicious. Everyone there was so helpful. Thank you.

I used to shop there a few times a week. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!They wouldnt cash my paycheck that they cashed before, stating that because my address didnt match the one on the check! They cashed it before. They know the check is good but the drunk with power bookkeeper said not to cash it.I was counting on you Albertsons and you let me down! Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Clean store with reasonsble prices on most items. Medicine prices are high but rite aid is in the same parking lot. Albertsons also has a starbucks inside for those that want a $6 coffee...

I live two blocks from the Ashland Safeway. I choose to drive to the Ashland Albertsons. WHY? - customer service and friendliness. Mostly due to Margarite and Jeremy!! The young male manager could definitely use some people skills training - I deem him as aloof and condescending.

Have been an Albertsons shopper for years but had to go to other stores for local and organic itrms. Albertsons has taken strides to improve on this and I applaud their effort. Still a ways to go but much better.

I really like this Albertson’s. It’s very clean and has a really good variety. However, there’s really long lines sometimes in the afternoons for how many cash registers they have. It feels like they should take better advantage of how many they have.

I had the best service in Albertsons Floral department this weekend! I was in town for a wedding, and looking for a florist online to buy some simple table flowers. I got lost and couldnt find the florist, so I stopped into Albertsons hoping they might have flowers. Gladys, a young and very personable employee, helped me. She went into the back to search for vases that would meet my needs, then she quickly put together several small arrangements while I waited. I was so happy that I could get flowers right on the spot, without calling ahead. Gladys was cheerful and creative, and within minutes my arrangements were ready. I told her I didnt want to spend a lot, and she was able to work within my budget. Thank you for having such a wonderful young woman in your store!

3 trips today. Got everything I needed for a great dinner!

I was just ordering a tea from the Starbucks inside of this #Albertsons when Adam and Chandler subjected me to humiliation by suggesting that I am insane.They used a popular song by Gwen Stephanie its bananas to imply that I was crazy.Needless to say I hope that they are able to progress their abilities to be professional and courteous in their customer service careers.

It’s weird reviewing a grocery chain, but I’m doing it in hopes that someone helps this store. They ALWAYS seem to be understaffed. Whenever I go in, there are a maximum of two checkers working with super long lines (sometimes extending into the aisle) and usually they always have to call someone from another department to open another register. I’ve never seen the first three lanes open, and I come here at least three times a week for groceries and just deli food on my lunch break (some of which I’ve spent most of my time waiting in line to check out).There has been two instances where I’ve intentionally picked items because they were posted as “2 for blah or 3 for blah” instead of another brand, but then when I am rung up, the deal isn’t honored and I end up either paying more for something I’m not satisfied with, or not buying it and then the checker has to put it back or have someone else do so. I’ve grown up shopping at different Albertsons’, but this store is the weirdest one by far. The employees are always happy to help, but I’m sure they would hate their job a little less if someone was to fix the understaffing and pricing problems because I know I’m not the only one who has had issues!
