I love this Market Basket Ashland location,The foods are fresh, the cashiers are friendly,All the foods are visible and the facilities are clean.Of course all the prices are the BEST👍👍👍And there’s a very nice and friendly guy name is Edwin who wears an eyeglass at Seafood Department, he is very very polite, friendly and nice to everyone, even my 5 years old granddaughter likes him too😁Also the toys dispensers’ prices are Really reasonable compare to other supermarket 👍👍👍

Convenient location. Clean and well stocked. Always a little crowded and thus expect long checkout lines and a wait time while heading out.

Prices are great. Stores are very clean & neat. They have amazing selection of products, (except in the cat food section. Too much of the same thing filling the bins. Walmart has more brands & varieties of cat food).Better wear a jacket or sweater tho. Stores temperatures pretty cold!

I enjoy shopping there since the prices are very reasonable. I love their bakery section. They have the best cookies.I wish there was a MB closer to my home.I have not tried their pre-made meals but they do look and smell so good. I like their roaster chickens. They have such a variety of things, you wont get bored. There is just too much stuff to list. Go check them out, you wont be disappointed!

I love shopping at Market Basket. They have great produce at a reasonable price and always find what I need. Also the staff are always friendly and helpfull.

Great shopping been several yrs since last shopped at Pond St.Ashland MB..about 7 yrsGreatly improved big clean pathways, so many varieties of products...fresh fruits and vegetables like a farmstand....filled my cart and was happy it was under 300$ ...thanks

No joke you will save yourself $150 on a weeks worth of food. I have to give a shout out to the sea food department. fresh every day I would put their salmon up against whole foods any day of the week and I can still afford to buy my honey flowers and have another few dollars in my pocket.

As always friendly young staffs and cheaper food items. Recently tried french 🍟 fries and its very good.

A friend told me about it so I decided to go over there when I ended the store it was first of all the good size store and the treatment from the employees was pretty good and the price is also were pretty decent also had pretty good products 🙂👍

Its not a bad grocery store, just make sure you speak Spanish if you ask somebody for help. Because they dont speak english.

Small place with cheap prices but they make it incredibly hard to buy formula. I was told to ask the cashier to get the formula while checking out, and when I did she laugh at me. Luckily for me I have a Shaws near me that displays the formula instead of hiding it but it’s ridiculous they make it this hard to feed a baby.

Smaller location needs updating the floor are old and ruined. It looks run down inside. Staff was nice and pleasant.

Absolutely Love Market Basket! Their prices are very fair! Most importantly, they carry several brand name personal hygiene cosmetics you can usually find only in health food stores or, online and the prices here are Amazing!!! Always great selection of fresh produce too! No other grocery store compares to Market Basket!

Market basket has the best combination of quality and quantity. You can get so much for your dollar, knowing that most products are from local providers and farmers.. so you’re essentially supporting small businesses! I shop mostly organic/natural products and market basket makes that possible without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to shop there.

Wonderful no-nonsense NE grocery chain that treats its employees better than most and strives to keep its prices down. Great produce. No loyalty cards, customer tracking, or gimmicks. I wont shop anywhere else if I can help it.

Its a smaller Market Basket, and I love shopping at MB... This location well, everyone was polite, the guy at the Mini Market was wonderful...I ordered a flatbread pizza. When I went to check out.... The young lady who was bagging..well...bagged it. Sideways. You can guess what happened to it. I caught it when I was out at my car (went to grab a few things after a long day at work so I was a little dulled)That was my only dissatisfaction.No, I didnt go back in... It was late and I was still an hour from home. I also grabbed a loaf of French bread still warm... Yummmm..tore into that sucker in pieces during the rest of my drive home.

It’s hard to know where to start about how great this super market is. First the employees are all friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.The prices CAN NOT be beat. Since going here we save 20-30% on our weekly good bill.Their selection of food is second to none and the store is kept spotless!The bakery is my favorite place! Whoever makes the cookies is an amazing baker! They’re always coming up with new flavor combination cookies!

Had my J&J vaccine over 2 weeks ago, so shopped in-person at 10 am. Not crowded. 5-6 lanes open with no waiting. Customers and employees very cautious and courteous.

Lots to choose from at a great price. Its a bit congested and some of the aisle layouts dont make sense, but its still my go to grocery store when Im doing a trip bigger than $20

All market baskets have great prices. This is probably the smallest and most congested one Ive been to. Do not come at a rush time.

Very clean very well stocked and maintained store

Ever since we discovered Market Basket, weve stopped going to Shop and Stop. MB has lot of variety and very reasonable prices. They also have freshly prepared food sometimes, which we used to enjoy before covid. The grocery section is quite good, we also find many Mexican and Indian veggies here. They keep the place well organized and well stocked. MB has made a place in our bi weekly routine.

Since 1999 I was there.

My daughter asked to use the bathroom. how could they not have a bathroom. what if....situations arise beyond our control. Dont go to this store if you think you are going to possibly have a situation. go to a different market basket

Very crowded and I went in for a Mother’s Day cake and they didn’t have any.I was able to find one in the freezer that was not a theme so it wasn’t a total loss.

Prices were up by 30 cents on a lot of items. Still cheaper there.

Very very busy... But still able to find what I wanted plus other stuff.. That wasnt on the list in an out in 20 min.

Glad to see Market Basket in Ashland is carrying Pillars Greek yogurt drink. Pre-and probiotics, live cultures, 18 g of protein and only 5 g of sugar. Plus they’re running on sale two for four dollars. Phenomenal price. This is a quick on the go breakfast drink for my 12-year-old boys on our way to school. Good stuff

This review is long overdue. Great selection, unbeatable prices... All Market Basket locations have that, though.What stands out to me about Ashland’s Market Basket is some of the cashiers—in particular, Jonelle. Jonelle blends remarkable speed and friendliness into a no-nonsense approach that not only makes me feel valued as a customer, but also gets me out the door faster, which I especially appreciate with the pandemic at its all-time worst. I always make sure to go through her lane at checkout if I see her there. One of the most efficient cashiers I’ve encountered anywhere and an obvious team player with great potential. The store is lucky to have her.

Priced lower than most stores. Half of the groceries are at the lower end of the scale, but it excels in some areas. Produce, seafood, and non dairy milk sections are above average. Lots of Brazilian foods.

My happy place for food shopping. Super selection, great prices and quick checkout. Helpful employees also.

Market Basket is doing a great job during this pandemic. They even have someone who wipes down carriages and distributes them to customers. Whenever theres a concern, the manager is very responsive. The food selection and prices cannot be beat. Cashiers are super friendly and helpful. We are lucky to have a Market Basket in our area. Thank you.

Always crowded but generally they have a good selection of food and good prices. I prefer to go to the store in Bellingham. It is larger and less crowded.

Very dirty. Being day before Thanksgiving I asked three different employees what isle stuffing was in but not one employee actually spoke English. And its constantly packed with people and majority are extremely rude.

I had a very bad experience at Market Basket yesterday. I understand that a lot of things are going crazy these days, but this doesnt give the employees the rights to talk with a customer in unpleasant and nervous way, explaining some new rules. Market Basket always was a pleasant place to come, but probably not any more.

Bargain pricing. No frills, just food and household goods. Excellent!

I shop at multiple MB stores, this one is smaller and seems always more congested as a result. But as with them all, excellent produce, seafood, deli, bakery, and well stocked groceries.

This grocery store is clean and has many store brand options that are just as good as the name brands. Prices are reasonable. Workers are friendly. The reason for for stars instead of five is the crowded parking lot and 25 minute wait in the checkout lane.

This Market Basket is smaller than the one I usually shop at, I was looking for soda but they didnt have it. Otherwise its fine, same quality and price as other MBs.

This grocery store is amazing and Im intensely jealous of the folks who are lucky enough to have a Market Basket by their home. I had the pleasure of shopping here when visiting family. The selection is wonderful and can accommodate many diets. The prices are great too.

I go to this Market Basket every week. Their prices are good and the staff is friendly.

Extremely busy at 11am on a Thursday. Great products and great employees.Rock bottom prices too. They need to figure out a better way to stock while theyre open. In some of the aisles they had full pallets blocking customer from getting buy.

Good selection at good prices. That said, there is fluctuating stock. Some things there during a visit but not the next time. Bagged oranges for example are not always available. Usually very well staffed. They work to open registers when busy. Been there many times and all the registers were open. Good company, hires lots of local kids for their first jobs. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

The thing I love about this place is that even though they may look run down there are very few chains like it that actually take pride in their backroom where product is stored. They clean up pretty much every day
