The negative comments I read - these people have no concept how Park works. They are not Lowe’s or Home Depot. They are a custom company and work that way. Generally I’d say work through a cabinet company or contractor not a diy give me a price situation.We just worked through our house granite application - and things are great. People at Park are considerate and professional. I gave them 5 stars for that reason.

An employee of this establishment is a racist named Joshua Halbig. He apparently thinks the owner wont care because he asked me after I told him I was going to inform his employer of his racism what did that n***** say.

Worst customer service you could ask for. After breaking my cabinets the owner would never call me back. When I finally got a call he sent a person that flat out said they know nothing about cabinets. We now have cabinets that are sinking in the middle because the installers broke the supports and they refuse to fix it.

My husband and I are looking to put granite in our kitchen. We’ve gotten various quotes but wanted to get a rough estimate with this company before making the drive from Chesterfield. When I called I spoke to some young guy who told me that it was a waste of his time giving me an estimate over the phone. I was appalled at his lack of customer service and you best believe I will be going elsewhere. I can tell from the reviews this company is lacking in more ways than one. I will be sure to tell everyone I know this company is a waste of THEIR time!! So disgusted!!

Park Stone came to me house for an estimate on a Friday almost 2 weeks ago. I was to get an estimate via e-mail the following Monday after their visit and am still waiting. I would not recommend this company. If they cant get your estimate to you, what will the install, product and timeliness be if you hired them???

I just left Park Stone, the guy said to go somewhere else because he wasn’t interested in a small job. Horrible Customer Service!!!!!
