Went there to get brand new font tires on and wanted to keep the old tires they never gave them back . And they put a brand new tire on a bent rim and messed up my new tire . Never once was I told about the rim being bent or anything. Went to another place to get it fixed and was told I should of never been driving with a bent rim

I called around for the best price in town to find out why my check engine light was on, needed the code scanned/car checked out. D & D quoted me the lowest price, took the car there. I was told when I called that for the quoted price they would scan the code and check the car over. I ended up not paying that quoted phone price. I paid more than double. They quoted me the starting price- this was told to me after the intended service was provided. I was not told it could cost more for the one service I wanted. Very confusing, miscommunication. Nice mechanics, but poor experience in regards to upfront pricing/cost.

Wrong alignment on my car twice had it fixed at another shop the alignment was so bad it ruined the front two tires
