This store was happy to sell me a phone.They saw what I was replacing and let me get out of the store with out a way to charge it. There was no customer service, as far as downloading my info!!!!I will never buy a phone from Verizon again!!!

They have continually gone above and beyond to assist me with everything from setting up a new phone to going to bat for me with assurion for a covered broken phone. I have never had a problem with Verizon that they werent willing to help me solve. That goes for everything from billing to phone issues. Theyre always helpful, professional and kind. Ive had other phone companies, but none of them come even close to the service and care I get from Verizon. Im very grateful for the team on Willard St in Green Bay!!
Worst company ever, they illegally let somebody open an account in my name. they didnt ever check I.D. because my credit is locked, but i still got a bill from the credit collectors. the wont give me info on my own account that somebody in a different state created and they refuse to help me in any way. i had this happen one other time and thats why my credit is frozen. that company fixed everything and made it right as quickly as possible. Verizon i hope you go bankrupt for messing with people the way that you do. now i will have to waste my time fixing this instead of you. YOU OWE ME

I have never had such a bad experience in my life with any company Ive done business with. This company is all talk and no action. I stopped in the store to active 4 iphone 12Pros and they told me they would get everything set so I could just stop back and transfer the lines. The sales rep called me and said everythig was ready and it would take about 30 minutes. WE SAT THERE FOR 4.5 hours - not exagerating. The didnt apply the $800- cash to my phone purchase - Im still trying to get that resolved - I didnt get all the credits I was supposed to - Im still trying to get that resolved - they said they couldnt print a purchase agreement or a receipt because the system went down - still trying to get that resolved - they promised a monthy fee - thats not what Im being charged, and yes, still trying ot get that resolved. After about 3 visits to the store when they couldnt see me, 6 phone calls talking with people who do not speak English well and cannot seem to understand can I please speak with a supervior - 2 months later its still not resolved. Now they are threatening to turn off my service. ALL I WANT IS A PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RECEIPT TO SHOW HOW MUCH MONEY WAS APPLIED TO MY PHONE PURCHASE BEFORE THEY FINANCED IT - AND ALL OF THE CREDITS TO APPEAR ON MY INVOICE. it appears right now like a SALES PERSON promised credits that were not accruate and someone pocketed my $800 cash that I paid because no one can provide me anything to show where that was applied to my account.
Not happy with being turned away. Had to travel 50 minutes round trip to be told I needed an appointment. I tried to call the location earlier but the listed number doesn’t go through to the business. While the enthusiasm from the manger is an attempt at customer service, not enthused being turned away. May as well consider another carrier.....
I am with Verizon for more than 20 years and also they are on the higher end of pricing, they have the best and biggest network connections which is important for my traveling business and using my phone for credit card processing.
I have been to this location twice. I will not be going back. I received only a phone number to deal with an account problem. When I bought my new phone I was handed the sealed box and told to go home to transfer my info. They dont do that there

This was a great experience except for having to wait almost 25 minutes to get in. Destiny was just awesome. I was looking to upgrade but not on that day. I was looking for information and pricing to pass along to my wife. She wrote everything out for me and answered all my questions. She made suggestions to get us the best deal without compromising our needs. Just an awesome associate to deal with.
Worst store you can go to. They didn’t help, told me that it’s impossible to exchange and that have no relation to corporate, even though they are a corporate locationDefective phones “can not” be exchanged, even though the head office told us to come and exchange it.
The customer service was horrible the last two times I was there. I dealt with an Alex who felt it was necessary to be short with me and rude. His appearance was not professional nor was his approach. I will never do business at that store again as they do make commission. Good customer service is not that difficult. I had a simple upgrade and possible home service through Verizon that they decided to piss away that day. Team verizon is much better and informative.
Did a great job assisting me with an issue with my Moms phone. Even though they werent able to solve the problem, they directed me to proper tech support and made great notes on her account that helped lead to a resolution. They are also taking great safety precautions although one guy was wearing his mask below his nose. The main guy helping me, who had a little longer hair (cant remember name) was top notch.
I just got a new iPhone 11 from them and Connor from there is amazing super helpful and he will help you with anything he is awesome.
Waited 30 minutes to buy a case. Was told that they did not have the case because I bought the cheap phone, which is a $700 phone. Never have I had such terrible customer service.

We were at the Verizon Willard Drive in Green Bay. It was insanely busy there as their network failed. Erin S was working the floor. She was amazing. Even though it was a very long wait she was friendly, personable, and helpful. She was helping multiple workers with all their issues and so many customers. She deserves a raise. She was excellent.
Xavier is knowledgeable and professional, and he goes above and beyond expectations. He is personable, courteous, and seems to be a genuinely happy person. Xavier solved my issue, assisted us with changing plans to save money, get better protection for our devices, and ordering my new Galaxy Buds. Great job!
I came to the end of my 2 year contract, and got a new S21 Ultra 5G, I went to Verizon to get everything activated and everything switched over. Verizon doesnt do it anymore, you have to struggle through it yourself. Youd think that they would be more helpful and provide more help when someone has been a loyal customer for many years. I never thought after spending about $3000 every couple years on phones alone a Company so big would shy away from customer service and support. I will be checking on other carriers and the services that they offer before doing an upgrade with Verizon. Very unhappy with them at this point. ☹The response below that was given was nothing but an act to make it look like they care however, if they actually cared about their customers they wouldnt have needed to show a response but instead take care of the customer when they make the drive to their store for help, weather or not it is offered anymore or not. Senior citizens are not that savvy anymore when it comes to high tech gadgets. Sorry for you you loss another precious Star 🌟. To bad I couldnt give ZERO Stars!

I vsited to get assistance setting up my new phone. Service was personable and perfect! I really like the no pressure customer service which is why I hesitated to visit, but learned that has changed this year. Never once was I hurried through the setup. This approach made me want to spend money on accessories and upgrade services. Ive been a Verizon customer for a very long time and this is one of the reasons they are number one in my opinion.Thank you!

I’ve been to this store multiple times, they only give you the “tough luck” response. They don’t actually do much work because they’re too busy talking about their personal lives with other clients. My wait time at this store has always been over 30min to an hour.I drop big money on phones and have been a dedicated customer.
Customer service used to be better, I dont know what happened in the last year but its lost its shine both in store and on the phone.

My bill got messed up and Erin helped me get it straightened out. Erin is great to work with and explains everything very thoroughly! I’m very happy with Verizon and I’m so glad I left Straight Talk to come to Verizon where I can now go into my cell phone company and take care of things right there! Also I see many items I want to buy from the store (google home/Hue lights etc so having a store I can get these things is great!!

Evil place that sells you on promotions without the salesperson or the customer understanding the requirements that go along with the promotion. No effort made on their part to make up for the numerous hours I spent on the phone and in the store dealing with issues that were completely their fault. Had the nerve to warn me about getting full disclosure from other carriers when I talked about switching carriers. Pretty ironic that my whole issue was a result of them not fully disclosing their promotion. I regret even walking in the door.Update: Thank you for the canned public showing of concern but it is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. If you truly cared, you would be digging into my issue and coming up with an acceptable solution to it while there is still time rather than sending out meaningless replies. Reviews can be changed but it takes some actual effort on your part to turn a negative experience into and acceptable one. I’m more than willing to publically share the embarrassing details of my experience at this store if need be.
Probably the worst customer service rep/ employee experience ever. 0 stars if I could. Lady lied multiple times to us trying to get us to buy the same device under verizon. WARNING! They do not allow unlocked phones to be transferred over anymore.

After confusion and issues with billing after returning two devices, we were given excellent customer service to resolve the issue. We went through 11 reps between the in-store staff, as well as representatives over the phone to have our issues corrected and sorted out. Even though 11 reps is a large number to have to deal with, not a single one was rude or inconsiderate of what we were trying to resolve. The amount of respect and professionalism was outstanding, and the final two reps that we dealt with in-store were more than thankful and appreciative that we were so kind throughout the process. Give respect, and you will receive respect back in return. Thank you Verizon, both at the corporate customer service level as well as the Verizon team in Green Bay, WI.
Came here to switch my unlocked phone over to Verizon just be told no but I can buy the exact same phone from them. Rude. Unlocked phones are allowed everywhere, employee had no idea how to do her job. Wait time forever with 2 workers only working
We love this place!!! We will NOT go to another site! The staff here is fantastic!! I cant say enough good things about this place! I highly recommend going here especially if your having problems, they are really great problem solvers. They even go above and beyond to help! They are also really good at helping you find the right kind of phone to fit your needs, they take the time to learn a bit about you so they can help your find the right fit as far as a phone!!! Also I found them to be very honest, & patient which is extremely important to me & my family. Most recently we worked with Tony & Nate also a manager but saddly I dont remember her name. Every time I have gone there over the last few years, my experiences were always between Great, Fantastic and Spectacular, but by all means go judge for yourself.
I went to the store to order a replacement phone because the screen on mine was black. The second I walked in the door I was greeted and helped, which was really nice considering the store was very busy at that time.The employee who helped me explained that there must have been a disconnection from the screen and the rest of the phone and told me she could order a new phone and have it shipped to the store or to my home. She then said, It will arrive at your home about 10:30 AM tomorrow (Saturday) if you pay $15 for overnight shipping. For $13 you can get it by 8:40 PM tomorrow (Saturday). Or have free shipping and itll be about 3 days or so. I opted for the $15 plus tax overnight shipping because I travel for work and its my only means of emergency communication.Saturday morning rolls along, and my fiance (whos name the account is under) gets an email my phone SHIPPED at 10:00 AM from Texas. According to tracking, it will not be anywhere near here until Saturday night/Sunday. The shipping company does not ship/deliver on Sunday, so my phone will more than likely not be here until Monday or later.I opted for overnight shipping because, as previously stated, I travel for work, and need a phone for emergency purposes (something I explained to the girl at Verizon). I was told it would be at my home Saturday morning, but from what it looks like the ORDER was not PROCESSED until Saturday morning. Several times I was assured it would be at my home on the day and time she told me. I am kind of annoyed and am not sure if this is a miscommunication between Verizon and its employees, or its employees and customers.Like I said, the only nice part about my experience was that the girl was actually personable and very nice about everything, and I was greeted and helped the second I walked in the door.

What a joke. My old phone broke and had to buy a replacement. So, I went to get a Note 9 and get the number transferred over to the new phone, since I had to keep in contact with my lawyer for paperwork and my job. Its been a little over a week, and all I got is youll have to call this number and come back later to get it resolved with no end in sight at all. Ive been in the store about three times, called several times to their customer care lines, messaged a few chat representatives, and not a single person is wanting to resolve or get my phone number activated on my new phone. This is the most disrespectful customer service Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
All I needed was a SIM card. Checked in with 30 seconds. Took over 30 minutes. Long wait, meanwhile Verizon employees were standingaround. One literally standing, doing nothing. Others were working. Some with customers. 2 without customers, presumably working. Eventually the guy standing there helped me. Then it only took 3 minutes to get the SIM.

They need to work on their service and corporate policies. I went in for a simple question and was up sold for 20 minutes and left with my question barely answered. Came back a 2 weeks later and then couldnt get a new deal on a phone just because I visited within 45 days and expressed interest in a prior deal. Even though I signed nothing and was just inquiring, they would not allow me to get this new deal. Even a manager couldnt help or override the system. Furthermore, this store is often very busy with long wait times.

I avoid having to come into this store or any Verizon store like trying to avoid the plague. Awful customer service. Awful wait times to get the awful service here is outright infuriating. Going to the DMV is way more pleasant. Better staff along with more staff couldnt hurt Verizon. Oh and get people who treat me like a person instead of a commission check! I almost forgot, get some freaking seats/couches for people to sit and wait on!

Great store! Ive been to probably been to about 10 different Verizon stores and this one is by far the best. Was helped right away when I walked in the door. Salesman went above and beyond to help me switch over phones and I even got a new SIM card for free (most places charge)
Horrible service. Plan on waiting for an before you are helped. Everytime Ive gone for the past 4 years, Ive waited between 30 min to an hour before I am helped. I am done. I will never return to this location. This most recent visit, I waited for an hour with my 8 month daughter before leaving without being helped. Ill use the location on gv for now on. Reading the reviews, the owner clearly knows this is a problem but doesnt fix it.Update. Thanks for the generic meaningless reply. You obviously have no intention of actually doing anything about it. You lost my business.
Service was good but the wait time was horrible they were very unorganized. They also did not have a very good waiting area you cant even find a spot to sit they also were helping others that came in after us when we were the next ones to be helped
While Verizon has good coverage in the areas, this store is not a pleasant place. Always felt high pressure sales tactics and rude. Whenever there is a promotion going, they make you feel It is unethical you buy accessories from them.They never let you to buy device on full price by citing some weird rules etc even on devices which are sold with no promotion like IPhone X.

Really good service at this location. Went to the Bellevue location and ended up here just to confirm what the Bellevue store actually did since I did not leave with a lot of confidence! Took 5 minutes for the Ashwaubenon location to actually help me and in doing so, found out that the first location I went to didnt inform me of a promotion that would have gotten me a $150.00 gift card.

The 2 stars is for the store overall. Nice presentation of all their devices and most is available to handle. However, if I could give negative stars, this store would get -2 for their rude and pushy sales people. I brought a brand new phone back to store a day after purchasing because it wouldnt charge and the salesman acted like I was lying, went in back and brought me my same phone saying it was fixed! Went home and still wouldnt charge. Had to go back to store again, was offered no apology or compensation other than I could buy a different phone instead because that was the last one in stock. Miserable experience.

Do you guys need to hire on more reps...? I worked cell phones for 5 years - Best Buy, Target, and Sprint. If any of those locations had wait times longet than 10 min thats an ISSUE. Why does it seem like thats NORMAL here?Im jist amazed. I hope that this locations district and regionals pay attention to Google reviews. This store needs better staffing, and staff need to have some sense of urgency when they have a long wait.
