So I was recommended to this place earlier this month. My computer would not charge. I left it at this establishment for a time….the issue could not be resolved they kept up communication with me and they resolved my issue by other means. 10/10 I would recommend this place again!!!!Mrs.Cooper

Came in today to fix my iPhone 8’s cracked screen. They finished it in 30 minutes, which is honestly a lot faster than i thought it would take! the screen is exactly how it looked before it cracked. Can’t say thank you enough. Great place!!!

I went to 3 repair stores trying to get a simple repair done to my headphones. A repair so simple I could have done it myself, if I had a soldering iron. 3 repair shops couldnt do this simple fix. AZ Fix could.On top of being able to repair my headphones, the whole experience at AZ Fix was top tier. I called ahead asking if they could do it, and they told me to bring it in to see if they could. I brought it in, and they immediately recognized me from the phone conversation. I gave them in my headphones, paid the diagnostics fee, and went my way.The next day my headphones were ready. They let me test out my headphones, and didnt care that I was taking a while to demo them. I paid for their work, and left with my working headphones.They were friendly; for instance when explaining the problem to them, they never interrupted me, and they never acted like they knew better than me. When diagnosing other peoples technology issues they always heard them out and talked through what they thought needed to be done.Overall a great experience 10/10 would recommend AZ Fix for anyone with technology that needs to be repaired.

AZ fix provides exceptional IT services. I took in my sister’s MacBook that water had been spilled on the keyboard and track pad, they were able to diagnose the issue and come up with a resolution plan within a few days. They reach out and asked if I wanted to proceed with the plan of action and ordered the parts and had the computer fix in a week. I’d definitely recommend them to fix any electronics or diagnose the problems with any device. I will definitely go back as well. 5 star service for sure!

I went in fully expecting to need a new screen and to my surprise it was just a broken screen protector. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and I’m so glad they are here (close by) to help if/when I need them again.

I highly recommend AZ Fix -- I took my camera in on a Friday for an issue with the view finder/monitor coordination and was able to pick it up totally repaired and cleaned on Monday. The entire transaction was professional and a great price.

I love AZ Fix, I went to fix my iPhone because my screened cracked. The gentlemen was very professional and I did not have to wait long. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. While fixing my phone I spoke to him about my hard drive on my laptop that was giving me problems and I was not able to receive my photos. He was also able to help with that. I drove 40 minutes to get there and the guy said he couldnt take my camera because he was closing the register, I asked him why he would take my camera and he said because of the time.I wasn’t asking to fix my camera right away I was just asking to leave the camera there and I could pick up at any time later. the guy prefers me to leave without my business. I wonder what the owner would say if he knew that his employees are rejecting costumers.The guy ask me to come back on Monday, and I said “probably I’m not coming back” because I live to far, and he said ok. A few months ago AZ Fix repaired our cracked iPad screen - the repair took a few days and I was happy with the service . Today, I brought my iphone in for repair as it was dropped on vacation and the screen was totally shattered. The screen was able to be repaired in a matter of hours and I picked it up same day. Before the repair, the process was explained to me and I was given an estimate of the price. I had a very good experience and highly recommend.

$30 fixed my camera view screen: Canon T5 with a malfunctioning LCD. I brought in the part and they installed it flawlessly. Might have been four stars for some miscommunication about whether the part I provided would or not work and when the technician would look at it. But alls well that ends well. I would definitely go back again if I had a screen issue.

It’s been there for 2 months already waiting on a part from China? & ever since they told me that it got shipped to the wrong place I have not received a new update. I dropped off a Canon mark 2 .... I just hope when I pick my camera back up it’s still in good condition!!! Again I need someone to call me ASAP & let me know what is going on?

AZ Fix is awesome!! AZ made repairs to both mine and my sons laptops and they both work great now. My sons especially, he changed the hard drive from an SATA to an SSD and its much faster than when originally purchased. And the cost was very affordable. I am very pleased.

I have absolutely everything positive to say about this experience! Apple had been giving me the run around on fixing my sons iPad and rotors eventually ended up telling me I needed to just buy a new one. When I brought the iPad here, they were very upfront about how difficult the repair could be and the outcome could be 50/50 but they would try their best.Sure enough within only an hour they called to tell me the iPad is repaired and In great shape!!! Our 10-year old Macintosh desktop was hopelessly stuck in an upgrade loop. We sent it to AZFix with reservations. They worked on it for several days, and called each time they needed credential information. To our surprise, on the day we were all going to give up, they FIXED IT! Amazing but true. They even gave us a discounted price for taking so long and not calling over Thanksgiving break. Job well done!

My daughters screen broke on her iPhone 6. At the store we were told that the cost to replace the screen is $100. Also we were advised that due to moisture presence in the phone it may not work properly after screen replacement and the cost of replacing the screen is not refundable. When we returned to pick it up I was told that phone is not functional with new screen. Cost of replacing the screen was waved even though we agreed on taking that risk. They didnt have to do it, but we sure did appreciate it .
