I am so happy with my service at Classic Bodywerks! They repaired the back end of my car, replaced many parts, and paint! My car looks almost brand new! I appreciate Jesse and the team for their dedication and hard work put into my car!

These guys handled an insurance repair after my ride was involved in a hit and run in a local parking lot. There was relatively minor damage, but the whole bumper cover had to be replaced. They did a great job with the paint match and after an appropriate cure time they installed the clear protective wrap that goes on the flat area near the trunk. Super nice bunch of guys in the front office, easy scheduling, even did the clear wrap when I accidentally showed up a day early.They also handled my wreck after a head on collision destroyed my Mini Cooper.

I had to have my car towed to the dealership 70 miles away. These guys came through and were so fast and friendly. I really appreciated the professionalism and how quickly they got her on that bed and to the shop. Thanks again!!!

My car had an accident 6/29. Towed over to Dougherty Ford in Forest Grove to be put back together.Well...Shotty work isnt quite a low enough of an expression for the disaster theyd created.Insurance said, Get a new estimate.I took my car into Classic Bodywerks.The service was impeccable, the estimate was precise, in what Id been saying about the damage only being more damaged by that company mentioned above.I was shown respect as I was listened to and understood.4800.00 on the new estimate and that isnt even taking off the body.Classic Bodywerks, You Rock! Car came back from repair with new deep scratches. When I asked the mechanic about it, he said hed fix them if I came back in 45 minutes (quick easy touch up job). I came back 45 minutes later, he was gone and the scratches remained. Dishonest, do not recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Classic Towing when my 1986 VW Vanagon broke down in Seaside Oregon. Its a special sort of vehicle and needs a little extra love and care. John was amazing. He got my van onto the flatbed no problem, he listened to me as I explained how to properly lock all the doors, he towed all the way to Portland in record time, and even texted me a picture of the van all tucked in and safe at my mechanics place. Couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Thanks, John!

The owner of this business called and wanted to book a room here at the Atomic Motel and pay for it. He told me that they felt bad because the gentleman had just been released from the hospital and his van had become impounded and was in their lot. They were unable to start it and made arrangements for him. The following day they were supposed to get him and get his van running. Instead of this, the the owner stated when telephoned that this man does not have a working vehicle and that they cant do anything because hes not on their property anymore. So in other words, they abandoned him to us instead of doing what they said.This business owner is beyond contempt, and there will more letters written to the Chamber of Commerce, Daily Astorian and the Better Business Bureau.

So far, I’m really annoyed. My car has been outside of their shop for 2 weeks now. Every time I call and ask if they have worked on it and came up with an estimate; Their response is, “it’s been raining here. I don’t want to send my men out working in the rain.” So I asked, “how about in the next 3 days? Will my car be worked on then?” They responded with “no.” 12 days rolls by, my mom gets a sweet relieving call on Saturday from someone who works at this body shop. He leaves a voicemail explaining there’s a new estimate on my car or whatever, text or call me when you can. I got off late from work, so I didn’t want to bother him with a call, so I sent a text. No response what so ever.2 days later!; Now today! I’m hoping they would just check out my car and hopefully be truthful with the estimate. I’m very frustrated with this whole process.I’ve had a previous car of mine that was at this body shop before, but they were quick with it, there were no excuses, no issues at all!It’s been 2 weeks now.. all I am doing now is waiting for them to do their job.

They towed my SUV after it had been rolled . Great honest and friendly customer service . They showed my understanding and a loyalty to me as a customer I was expecting my bill to be worse than it was but when I got there to recover my personal belongings.was greatest with kindness and before I left I was granted a bill adjustment and treated with grate respect from them and there staff. Plus I was amazed that everything was still in my vehicle. Thanks for all that you have done for me.

I dont even know where to start about this company. So Ill just start from the beginning we decided to head to the beach for a great family day and unfortunately as soon as we hit Astoria our vehicle went into limp mode over a hour away from home there was no way we could baby it back, we were so worried we called our insurance to get us a tow and they were zero help but when we got a hold of classic towing they were so happy to assist us and even showed up much sooner then expected our tow truck driver Justin was amazing he got our vehicle on no issues and made sure the 3 of us were safe in his vehicle before starting the long journey home he was quick polite and very efficient. We made it home safely with our young son and could not recommened a better tow company. Thank you so much classic towing for all your help!

My call went straight to voicemail, so I left a message with my name, number, and a description of the damage. No one called back.Three days later, I called again and spoke to a receptionist. I asked her if she could confirm they work on Hondas. She didnt know, so she said someone would call me back. No one ever did.

They did a great job fixing my 07 Camery they matched the paint perfect and very professional even vacuumed my car too!! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the communication could have been better with time frame of when done and informing me of the extent of damage after they started the work. Would definitely recommend to others

So here was our deal. We were going on for a long weekend in Ocean Park when I hit a deer. I was able to limp my truck to the condo we were staying at and called the insurance company in the morning. They had Classic Bodywerks come and tow the truck to Astoria for a damage estimate. They also ended up doing the actual work on the truck. It took about two weeks for them to finish with everything and then I went to pick it up. It looked just like I remembered! Everything worked fine (actually a little better than before) and they were great to deal with. They answered any questions I had and were accommodating in when I could pick it up. Great service and a job well done!

Price of repair was very reasonable, quick, and the broken part was fixed to a condition better than before it was damaged.

ICAR gold class, means 90% of the body or paint techs are ICAR certifiedHowever, I do not like the entrance to the parking lot. Too many loose gravel, and debris to damage a tire. Also, the ditch on both sides of the entrance to the lot needs to have reflectors warning customers. Its too easy to have a mishap. Because of all that I choose to have a different shop service my Mini Cooper

Service is non existent. Claims they are 24hrs but becomes rude and argumenitive with you if its after 10. Especially if use AAA. I had a good tow from them once at about the same time at night and he was completely nice and helpful, but not the case anymore. Just use the other company in town I believe they are called Affordable Towing.

My young roommate had gotten his car impounded and it was towed to this facility. I was nice enough to drive him there to pick up and pay the towing and impound fees, the place looked very nice, but I never really dealt with anyone, but my roommate.

For my job I have to call this shop to see if a vehicle has been released to be picked up. I often speak with Teddy and she is always very nice and professional. 5/5

This tow company towed my close friends car when he was killed in an auto accident. I went there to try and collect his things. I told them I was there on behalf of the family and that we had been friends since grade school. At that time I was handed a bill, and told I couldnt even see the car until it was paid. I was deeply hurt and appalled by this callousness but in light of my recent loss and the chaos that follows the death of a loved on, I let it go.Fast forward to yesterday, when I found out that same woman who handed me a bill told my dead friends mother I tried to impersonate her. Which is patently untrue and slanderous. Not only was it completely unethical but it was bordering on malicious, because now there is hurt and anger that cant be soothed.I cannot even begin to tell you how angry I am about this.

I realize that tow companies have a bad reputation for taking advantage of people, but what Classic towing and Classic Bodywerks did was so bad that it made me sit down to write this review. My wife was towing her horsetrailer and was t-boned by another vehicle. The state patrol responded and had classic towing take the horse trailer to their yard. I could not get a hold of anyone at Classic Bodywerks for two days until they opened on Monday, It was at that point that they charged me $500 for a 10 mile tow to their facility and $50 a day storage even though I never had the opportunity to get my trailer off their lot before Monday. I had used this body shop before and would never have thought that someone would be so greedy and rude to a customer. All I can say is that I would not let these people any where near my car and if classic towing shows up you should ask for someone else.

They did a wonderful job making my truck look like new after it was vandalized.

WOW these people are amazing!! I called the shop and a fine gentleman by the name of David answers the phone. I told him I have a huge problem thats going to be a really BIG problem when my wife sees it. David said bring it by. I have a 2012 Honda CBR1000rr with a mother of pearl paint job and I had attempted to repair a bug strike on its nose. The attempt went terribly wrong and I was worried as hell that my wife is going to KILL me! David came outside and looked at the problem. Told me we are going to have to take it all apart to repair! David said I will be right back. Im shaking in my boots as I have made a tiny problem into a huge problem due to my stupidity. David comes out with a rag and like a magician, wipes it away and its back to normal!!! This man David just saved my life! He shook my hand, educated me and said now go put the bike away!
