Extremely helpful. It may be a bit more expensive than other places but they make your business felt wanted unlike other auto part stores around the area.Theyve gone above and beyond for my family so were loyal to the Astoria Napa.

Returns... dont count on it. Purchased a DeWalt buffer and attempted to return the item because with the pads that were purchased damage was done to a customers vehicle. Buffer was only used once and was in immaculate condition. Store claimed that because there was nothing wrong with buffer they couldnt refund it. They did however take the two pads back *and gave $18 for pack of two-those pads cost A LOT more than that. Didnt want to argue so took the buffer and will attempt to sell it private party... Anyhow, took a huge hit on this purchase and rather disappointed that could not return the item.

I still hold by my five star rating but I do remember a time when NAPA Auto Parts was not owned by Sunset and there was more personal customer service. However I understand Under New Management that new management would not want to risk their employees being liable for negative recourse. But I do remember when.

The staff here are super friendly and the have a great location right on Youngs Bay in the old Astoria Ford location. This new location seems bigger. They stock Trico View water repentant, which is a must for the PNW weather. I was also lucky to get the last gallon of sub zero windshield washer fluid. They are allowing in store shopping and have set up for social distancing. They are requiring masks at this time.

Staff limited in understanding and all the parts I needed had to be ordered in including correct car battery.

Came in due to leak in power steering, they helped us figure out it was a loose but, and found the right wrench to tighten down. great customer service, very kind and helpful.

The customer service in this place is very professional and supportive of the customers needs. My wife and I were attended to with courtesy.

I bought a new battery from them back in October, it has failed to hold a charge for awhile now. I called them and asked if they would replace the battery. They told me it was my car’s alternator and they wouldn’t replace it, how would they know it’s the alternator? They wouldn’t even look at it. Terrible service is what to expect with these guys. Stay away from these jokers

I stopped into get parts for my daughters car. And they Easley could have sold me the parts. Instead he gave me free advise. And saved me around $400 thats priceless.

Customer service is absolutely garbage, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 5 employees were talking and on the computer. A friend of an employee came in and was immediately helped while I was still standing there. I walked out and took my business elsewhere, I will never shop there again. Rude is an understatement

Its hard to love a place that means your car is broken in order to go, unless you are just buying accessories. Either way, at least the NAPA peeps will help to get you moving again.

Not my fun place, after my experience with AMMCO it looks like a collusion,NAPA tells me Ammco did not order anything I go to Ammco they tell oh still waiting for parts from AMMCO, until finally the damage was done to my car .
