The bartender is VERY knowledgeable on mixing the drinks on tap and shes absolutely the friendliest! Heres the kicker! My husband and I went there from Inland in October 2020 while celebrating my birthday in Astoria and she remembered me from then!! A one time trip there months ago!! She also remembered the drink she made for me!! You cant BUY customer service like that!! We cant go to Astoria without stopping there from now on!

Growler Guys in Astoria is a great place to stop in and sample some of the best beers and ciders the region had to offer. They are located in a local service station and have a nice outdoor seating area of you choose to stay for a tasty beverage before filling your growler to go. They are also just across the street from our local co-op, were they have a huge selection of grab and go foods and the regions best natural foods selection. Make this a stop if you are heading to the the area to enjoy the many outdoor attractions, or if you are just passing through.

I always love going here! Its great for just having a drink inside or outside by the river and the growlers and crowlers are very affordable. The staff are always helpful, kind and enjoyable to chat with. The large, constantly changing tap list always makes for great new experiences and the rewards program is awesome if you decide to keep going back.

This is the BEST one stop shop for beer and munchies at the same time!! Great selection of beers and even a few ciders. You can walk in, get a growler from the wonderful selection, get it filled with one of the 36 cold beers on tap, then go explore the Astoria riverwalk and not be thirsty!

So happy to have Growler Guys in town. I like dark beers and they never fail to have one or two on tap. Plus ciders, IPAs, a lager or two, and more. The staff is great and its nice to get to try new stuff.

Always a good experience. We travel to the Oregon Coast and to Lake Coeur DAlene, ID regularly - and when we stay at either place, we always visit the Growler Guys in either Astoria, OR or Coeur DAlene, ID.Both staffs are great. Very helpful, let us taste stuff we are unfamiliar with and usually very knowledgeable about their stock.I especially like the Crowlers for traveling - prevents us from having to lug fragile glass bottles all over the place. Very convenient and safe; plus, the Al cans are fully recyclable. Protect the Earth, while enjoying your brew!
