F-n Rad! Polite, professional and knowledgeable....top notch!
Charlies the Best ! We are from Utah and were on a pacific Coast Hi-way ride and broke down in Astoria. It was a starter clutch gone bad. Found North Coast Cycles on my phone and called to see if they could help. Charlie said bring it in the next morning. They dropped everything when we arrived the next morning and had us back on the road after 2.5 hours. Thank you Charlie !!!
Joey is well educated in what he dose! He has worked on several things for me and did an outstanding job! Highly recommended!
Theyve given me great deals and are very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Charlie and Joey make a great team and theyre the only shop I trust with my bikes.
He is on a bad streak. Don’t go there. Can’t be trusted.
Awesome guys, sold me a great starter bike, really knowledgeable, very helpful.
One of the owners posted a bike on CL, which I drove about 3 hours each way to see. When asked before coming down if the bike would be fit to ride back to Seattle, he assured me it had no problems, good to go, other than the motor was just rebuilt so it would need to be ridden gently at first. When I arrived, I found the bike with several issues: cracked sidewalls on the tires, turn signals not wired (I never checked, I dont use turn signals,) shift lever loose to the point of nearly falling off during test ride, and sticky throttle that wouldnt spring closed on its own. These are just the issues that made it unconscionable for an experienced mechanic to have missed or glossed over when asked up front. There were other undisclosed issues as well (rear shocks welded solid, engine case painted with apparent overspray on the spark plugs.) After a several hour drive to look at this, I declined to buy it. On the way out the door, my friend attempted to warn him about the loose shift lever, and the owner immediately started to posture as if he was going to get physical, If you arent buying it, I dont want to f***ing hear about it! He actually came out from behind the counter and got in my friends (old dude with a cane) face, and followed us to the exit.
