Okay so the first one parts service sales associate in store manager star provided me with excellent customer service knowledgeable and friendly. One of the only AutoZone Ill go to I drive by OReillys 10 times before stopping there I always come here. Service is great honestly star should be so training everybody in the district. You need a coffee.

I WANT EVERYTHING!! IM NOT EVEN A CAR PERSON BUT NONETHELESS, TAKE MY MONEY!!I went with my husband today and the young man, Hispanic decent, maybe? (I didnt get his name but he was there around noon-1) was super helpful and had awesome customer service. The cashier who rang up our order was great too. (Didnt get the name but she price checked some purple rubber spray paint stuff if that helps to figure out who she is). The whole staff was great, but I just wanted to give acknowledgement to the people that helped us out specifically.

Auto Zone employee Star Path not only found the problem but replaced two turn signal bulbs in my Honda Accord. He was kind, knowledgeable, skilled & friendly…all good qualities to have. Thank you Auto Zone and Star!

I had an issue with my vehicle. They cam out and got my Vin number and ordered the part. The part came in 3 days later than ut was supposed too. Go to the store and the assistant manager cant find it. After 30 minutes of waiting he found it. It was the wrong part. I told him it was wrong and he didnt care. I showed him pictures of what it should be. Again no worries from him, the assistant manager. Even though it was wrong it could get me by for now. I asked if I could return it and his immediate response was no. Even though it was wrong. Will never go there again because of the disrespect. You would think that the assistant manager would care a little. I even mentioned that I might die because of the wrong part. All he did was laugh and say you might die. Will never go there again and will continue to post negative review because of the way he treated me.

I stopped by Auto Zone tonight for a headlight. I was promptly waited on by Paulette. When purchasing my headlight, she asked if I needed assistance replacing it. I said yes. She walked outside with me, I opened the hood and she had the light replaced in a few minutes. Wow! What customer service. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Paulette, you are awesome!

Don’t recommend this autozone ! Refuse to give me a refund with receipt before the 30 day policy tried talking to management and they kept making the excuse that their was no manager that day!

Its not a bad place to do business

Assocuate put battery in wrong. My car had to be towed and cost me $151 for repairs.

The cashier was terrific, but the guy Mario who installed my battery was a different story. He scared me twice by opening my car without permission while I was in it, and he had his mask pulled down both times. The second time he opened my door again without asking me and his mask was down again. It was unprofessional and he didn’t apologize either time. He needs better training on customer service.

Theyre great cause theyre AutoZone, but I take social distancing and mask-wearing seriously and it wasnt done by the very own lead man of the store. Neither was it strictly enforced. One guy was able to go in there pulling his shirt over his nose which wouldve been better that nothing has he been consistent with it. Another guy was probably told to get his mask cause I had seen him leave and then come right back as I was entering the store at first. Seemed a little disgruntled and uncooperative cause as he walked throughout the store he just kept his mask in his hand and not on his face. Both of these men had conversations with the workers there... But I know its gotta be a tough job for the workers to keep having to enforce it upon people who dont want to listen and cooperate. I just seen other stores pull it off though and want disappointed here that I was very close to just leaving my things and ordering it for curbside delivery, which is definitely the route we should all go from here for any who care to take their measures of precaution during this pandemic, for the sake of themselves and their families.

Well, AutoZone #3509 in Atascocita hit it out the ball park again! I needed a head light that they had in stock (Yay) and then showed my husband how to install it. The associates at this store really help when you need it!! Thanks Karl for doing such an awesome job. This is the place to go, if want you want the right parts & assistance with a smile!

Called to see if they had a part and salesman David told me he put it on hold in humble location for me and never took my number or name. Called that location and they told me he never put it on hold without that information. He needs better people skills and knowledge of his profession.

This place is pretty busy most of time, or at least feels that way because there tends to be a line for the registers pretty consistently. Usually they have the parts that I need, though lately Ive had to go elsewhere more often than normal. Also their code scanner was broken a couple of times and it was pretty frustrating that they only have one. All of that said, the customer service here is very good, theyre willing to help and patient in helping you get to the correct answer.

The woman who helped us was very sweet and accommodating. She knew exactly what we needed and easily showed us where it was located in the store without appearing bothered or annoyed.

After having the fools at oh reallys close early and go hide in the back, these guys were willing to stay late and help me install two new batteries in my truck! And they had some top shelf batteries to choose from all in-stock!

AutoZone Atascocita Is my preferred store. Always professional, friendly and accurate advice on what to do to repair or obtain maximum performance of my vehicle. No other store can get close to them, including other Autozones..

Nathan was so knowledgeable! He took his time to explain everything to me, searched prices and instructions, printed off educational material, and treated me with utmost respect and professionalism.

Took a trip to autozone because of an engine light, an employee named Nathan came out to check it and was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining the issue and the reason for the engine light, even went under the truck to show me where the issue was. Hats off to this location to have employees like this, i will definetly be back to this location when needed.

I bought a alternator for $360 a couple years ago with a lifetime warranty went back to get it replaced today and they cant find the information. so I buy a new one, then I came back for the core and find out that they put that under a wrong name and number as well. I will never come back to this company. there is a Oriellys 2 minutes away, at least they will get your warranty right.

If you are looking for a filter, oil or something quick....go to Walmart. AutoZone has everyone in the same line. You have to wait for all the folks researching problems and asking for advice, before you can pay for your filter.

So David B and a young man with blonde short hair reallllly helped me out. They both put in a lot of work on my car. David tightened my battery down and put some Shams on it for me. I know nothing about cars and he educated me in several things too! I bought a battery jump starter just in case earlier and it turns out that I only needed to spend $1.89 on a sham for the connection to the battery. Anyways I just wanna say thank you to all of you at this store. You all helped me quite a bit!

Very good shop we have been trading here for years. They saved our bacon again, Wal-Mart battery was bad, Wal-Mart said it was good, they checked it bad and we were off and running no more problems.

They saved me from paying $300 at Pepboys to just $180 for my battery! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Quick personal assistance today for a very minor purchase from store manager

I went in to the store needing help with buying tail lights i encountered a RUDE woman who answerd my questions i had about the light bulbs with I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT BULB IS FOR WHY DONT YOU CALL FORD MOTORS AND ASK THEM!! I was very disappointed i was treated that way supposedly thats what they are there to help people so i left with no tail lights working after spending over 10 bucks I drove to ORileys on atascocita and the guy helped me looked on his phone to find the owners manual for my car and figured out what fuse it was after about 30 minutes in the cold on his knees he fixed my problem. I will never step foot in AutoZone again!

Came in after 8 to have my check engine light tested. Wouldnt help me because there was only 2 people working... either they didnt want to help me... or they need to hire more folks. JS. I will not be returning to this Auto zone fpr NEThang. Ever.

Been coming here for (5-ish) years and never had a problem. Purchased new batteries, wiper blades, lights and other items for my vehicles. They lent me tools so I could replace a tail light bulb. Only bummer was when they couldnt/werent able to order a tail light housing (that being said, I wasnt even able to order it from LKQ or a maker specific dealer, had to order it from the dealer).
