I’ve been very satisfied each and every time that I’ve needed repairs done on my car. They are very timely in getting the work done and keeping me informed accordingly. They are always fully transparent as to what’s going on with my vehicle and there is little-to-no push for the sales portion of it. They have exceptional customer service and always make me feel as if I’m their only customer. I always feel confident knowing that my car has been serviced and/or repaired as needed and will be returning as a satisfied customer for any future maintenance.

This is the second year in a row I got my truck inspected at this Caliber Auto Care. 1) The shop and waiting area are new/clean and modern. 2) The staff is extremely friendly. 3) They dont push any repair on you. They inform you about what they found. If you ask, they tell you what the estimated cost is. All in all, a really excellent experience.

This is my third visit here and I’ll continue to come back. Excellent service and quality work. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed. You may find a cheaper shop, but you won’t find one that provides THIS level of service at this value.

Great bunch of guys here and super close to where I live. Got a full synthetic oil change for my 2019 Tahoe with all the flushes for a really good price and was in and out in 35 minutes flat. They even tested all my other fluid to ensure they were in good shape. Thanks guys.

I brought my vehicle in for its state inspection. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The interior has an inside play area for kids and it’s contained in its own room so kids won’t be running around the waiting area. The waiting area had a refrigerator filled with grab-n-go drinks, a digital coffee station, TVs and a sitting area that was comfortable. The inspection was performed on my vehicle rather quickly, which surprised me as there were 6 others ahead of me for various maintenance needs.

Very professional and courteous. The shuttle service is a huge plus! No hassle or pressure.

They did my routine oil change and general wear and tare of the vehicle. I was pleased with their customer care and recommendations.

The service at this location is absolutely outstanding. Over the course of several visits I have had a variety of services (oil changes, alignments, transmission/brake fluid/coolant services, etc.). They are always kind and very thorough when it comes to explaining what they have done/services they suggest and always provide a detailed report with pictures of your vehicle for reference. In no way do they make you feel obligated to complete all the work there if you have a cheaper alternative, which is greatly appreciated.They even go above and beyond - during my last visit, they vacuumed my carpets (I desperately need to get my car detailed, sorry!). It’s great service like this that has made it so easy to keep coming back.

I just recently moved from New York to Humble Tx. I just got my Texas license plates and i wasn’t sure how to put them on. I stopped into the shop and received a fantastic greeting. I explained my issue and they immediately helped me. They also put on my new sticker as well.they would not take any money for there work, that’s SERVICE. I can’t remember the Managers name, but she was amazing. The entire staff was great. It really seems that they love there job. Please do something nice for the staff, they deserve it.

Excellent baseline service is routine. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clear explanations of whats suggested and why at all times. Great amenities, similar to a hotel - beverages, a lounge area, clean restrooms, a kids area, no pool. 5 stars as an auto repair facility. 4.5 stars as a hotel lobby. Ill be back.

So, we had a great experience at first. Nice shop, friendly staff, frequent updates. But now we feel they were untruthful as to the condition of our vehicles. We put our trust in this team, as non-mechanically savvy folks, and it was broken. My truck was returned to me without resolution and a recommendation I replace the tires. When evaluated by another mechanic, it was found to be unsafe to drive due to loose and missing bolts on the driveshaft. This incorrect evaluation and oversight had the potential to be highly problematic had I driven any sort of real distance. We also received an overblown and very expensive recommendation on our other vehicle serviced here. Safe to say we will not return.

Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. They had my truck in and out in a timely manner, and were very respectful as well. I recommend any vehicle care here and I will definitely come back.

Service was excellent. The emailed/txt message report is detailed and helpful. However, there was no sticker placed on the windshield for when the next service is due and the onboard computer was not reset, so it is already telling us to get our oil changed again.

Before you leave make sure they verbally tell you what they noticed on your inspection/ tire rotation. Apparently I left there with a completely empty coolant tank and missing cap, and was never told but it appeared on my inspection report. Fast forward to today (3 weeks later) my engine shuts down from overheating on the beltway 8 ship channel bridge due to this, and I have no shoulder or place to go. Very dangerous situation that should have been avoided. As a single mom I trust places like this to inform me of what my car needs to run when I pay you $100+ every six months to do so. Never going back

I am have been to this location twice and both times I have had bad experiences. The first time was for my oil pan. They did not put it back on correctly and i had slow leak. I took my car to Honda where it was fixed. My second experience, i needed an inspection. I called the morning of and asked the front desk if I come at 5pm can I get an inspection and the answer was yes. To my surprise the inspection guy went to lunch at 5pm and they closed at 6pm. Help me make sense of this foolishness. I wont be back ever again.

This is a great shop. We first went in because we were tired of the dealership experience; high costs and pressure sales.We’ve serviced two vehicles with them, and every time I go in they’re professional, helpful, and above all honest. They work with you, explaining what needs to be done now, what can wait.Not only with us, but while in their waiting area, hearing how they treat their other customers, I really feel like this is a business that cares. Plus, they have great coffee!Update: we used their detailing service for the first time today; excellent value, and very convenient.

Nothing special. They were nice and I liked that they communicated to you through text. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and would give them 5 stars for that.My car went in for a check engine light, and I had already ruled out 2 of the 4 main causes of it so the options to fix were pretty much narrowed down. Dropped the car off about 8AM and they texted back around 11 saying it was moving to service and should have a response around 2:30 or 3. Received a text at almost 8PM with the estimated repairs. I responded back with what to fix and they had the car ready by 4PM the next day.They charged $100+ for diagnostics that did not go towards the service, $130 for a $30 part $100 for another $20 part, plus labor. Ended up $700 for an oil change, replacing the oil sensor and the leak detection pump.Now all of that is expected from a auto repair place, I know they way overcharge for parts and it was something I didnt feel comfortable doing, so I let them handle it. Just listing the prices for transparency. .Now the reason they are getting 3 stars. On top of the repairs, they wanted to replace my spark plugs and charge me over $500 to do that... but my spark plugs were just replaced in August(~8 months ago)... so they didnt actually check my spark plugs or have any reason to suggest replacing my spark plugs, other than that my truck has over 130k miles on it.

Had three must fix items on my vehicle and the service advisor provided good verbal details and written estimate. Part was ordered, repairs made and all worked well on picking up my car. Nice, new facility and good staff.

The staff are hands down the most genuine and sincere people I have met in the industry and this goes all the way from the managers to the mechanics. Every staff member I encountered went above what would be considered the professional way of treating me and treated me in a way that was genuine rather than obligatory because I was marked the customer. Marco was empathetic, kind, and respectful even when it was not returned to him. Marco did everything he could to ensure me that a quality job would be done and took every step necessary to make sure that the team followed through with the process. Nicole is very kind as well and was very comforting through the whole process. Our car had several issues and the process was extremely stressful but Nicole really displayed genuine care that they really do have the customers best interest in mind. The staff do not control the pricing and although it might be a very slight increase in price over shops that are not corporately owned I would pick them every time because the quality of staff here is priceless and the process that they have set in place and actually follow through with is second to none.

This is an excellent shop to take your car. They are knowledgeable, timely and have reasonable pricing.

I went here for a transmission fluid change. First thing I noticed was how nice it was. Too notch waiting area. Yeah I know who cares....but the shop is super clean and organized, that counts! The two girls at the front were super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick the right service based on milage car type etc. Service was done car was clean (they didnt leave a mess) and it was done in the quoted time. Best part is I pick my truck up and look over in the garage area and the red headed chick that took my order was out there working on the cars!!!! Super sexy

I’ve been here at least 3 times for vehicle inspections. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very nice. I appreciate that they tell me how long I should expect to wait up front- and it’s never very long. This is the best auto repair shop in the business. What makes it special are the people upfront. Mario and Nicole are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. It is tough to trust in this business but I feel good about the diagnosis and reliablity of service and cost. They are honest and I feel they treat people fairly. They listen to the issues and understand how difficult it is to be on the customer side of things. I cant say enough good things about Mario and Nicole. They are the best! Although I dont get to interact with the technicians who actually do the work, each time I have had a vehicle in there for service, the problem is diagnosed correctly and repaired properly and in a timely manner and at a fair price. They send you detailed reports (including pictures) of each step along the way which is nice also. If you need your vehicle repaired, this is the place for you! Ive been going to caliber for some years now but at another location. The atascocita location was great and fast. Will start going here especially since its closer to me.

After several days I dropped by to check on my car, after a long explanation they said it needed a new battery. I dropped one off within an hour. 3 days later they called and said they needed to drive it but I could drive it until the check engine light came back on. I went there to pick up the car and drive it - the battery had not been changed the new battery was not with the car and nothing had been done in 3 days. They did change the battery cleared the check engine light and I drive off. 3 miles away the check engine light came on again. I paid them $198.00 to figure out what the light was and really believe they did nothing except change the battery and clear the light. I’m very hesitant to go back.

I took my vehicle in because of a noise that sounded like the tires were going to fall off, however there was nothing that was loose. The manager had a technician drive and check the suspension. The technician discovered that the right front Cv axle was leaking power steering fluid oil. the technician then replaced front strut assembly and the steering rack and pinion assembly, and steering tie rod ends, flushed the power steering fluid and replaced with BG power steering fluid. When i got my vehicle back it drives like a new vehicle, better than when i first purchased the used vehicle.

I gave them 2 stars only because they are friendly and the place is clean but they are way over priced. For a serpentine belt and a ac pulley they wanted to charge me $165 just for those 2 parts. I went to autozone and got the parts for $52. Explain that to me...plus the work was going to over $300. I bought the parts myself and did it in less than 30min. But I guess if you got money and dont know what you are doing go there....you know its bad when even an employee tells you to go elsewhere because its expensive. Lol

Had a cracked transmission pan fixed here. Mr Greenway got me checked in and the techs looked at my vehicle very quickly. I received a reasonable quote and they ordered the parts and repaired my vehicle early the next day. They determined one of the parts did not need to be replaced so my bill was less than quoted. Highly recommended in my opinion.

Total ripoff! I made an appointment for an oil change. Upon arriving, they said it would take 45 mins and I selected the basic oil change (my car is well maintained and has low miles). An hour later, I asked what’s going on and they tell me that they drained my car and ran out of the oil from the basic package. I ended up having to pay about $90 for an oil change. This is the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had to pay and it took an hour and 15 mins. Wow!!!

I have used this Caliber Auto Care located in Atascocita, Texas before and I was pleased with their service. However I was not pleased with the service on 07/22/21. I have a 2014 Infiniti Q50s that is in very good condition. I normally would take it to an Infiniti dealership but for normal maintenance, tire replacement, I have used Caliber before due to a employee at that location informing me that he was a prior Infiniti mechanic and was well aware of resetting the PSI warning and tire sensors. Well apparently he did not work on my car someone else did. My PSI warning was not reset so I had to take it back. Now my tire sensor warning will not go off and the manager of the location stated that they did not know how to fix it. I now have to go to Infiniti to get this fix. I have spent over $1200 dollars on general maintenance at the place this year alone. I will not be going back.

I did two state inspections here in one day and was very impressed each time. Ive never been to an auto shop that takes pictures of their work and your vehicle and then takes the time to show you and make sure you understand what is going on. We were using Louetta automotive for everything but weve switched to Caliber. This location is very nice. The staff were pleasant and the waiting room is above expectations.

Elderly BEWARE! This place was the absolute WORST place. They had my truck for 14 days and when I received it back, my brake line was busted and it was leaking radiator fluid profusely. I received my truck back $3,000 later and it still did not run properly. The first 4 days were spent at the Atascocita location where they did not contact me at all about the status of my truck. I had to contact them only to be told they would call me back. On return calls, i was told that they had challenges keeping the technician on my vehicle and they didnt have a machine to diagnose its problems. On day 5, my truck was relocated to the Kingwood location. The 10 days it was there, I did receive communication. However, they spent 6 days doing trial and error without ever hooking my truck to the machine. When it came time for payment, i was told one thing and then it magically changed. The worker acted like it was my bad memory. When I got it home it was leaking profusely. The shop did not want to fix it, after they broke it, without me paying additional money which I refused! This shop preys on the elderly, treats them any kind of way, damages their vehicle, and charges outrageous prices. STAY AWAY!!!Review Update:I am happy to report that the Regional Manager, Justin, takes customer service SUPER seriously. The next day after posting the above review, my father was contacted and given an apology. He was assured that the above incidents are not reflective of Caliber Auto Care’s practices. He explained that the company wanted to illustrate by making it right. Justin then drove to the Kingwood location to meet my father personally and check in his vehicle to repair the brakes. His truck was fixed at no additional charge, and the staff contacted him to provide updates on progress each day. Justin also bought our family dinner to show that customers are important and valued. As a result of the excellent customer service that left a positive impression, I am increasing the stars of my original review.

So my experience was NOT GOOD at all. Everything started out great, then the quote came in... I was looking for a fairly simple water pump replacement. The price was outrageous. Plus I was told that my blower motor was out and after I called them out on that they mysteriously said let me talk to the mechanic and was removed. Over 100% markup on parts which is outrageous. I felt like I was being hustled because I got 3 different answers on what hoses are needed. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the manager, who was nice, noticed my frustration and attempted to make it right. DO NOT send your loved ones here for service unless they are mechanically knowledgeable or they will be taken advantage of. I shutter to think of what they do to people who are unknowledgeable...

My Chrysler Pacifica was not steering well. I took the car in to have it inspected and an oil change. Justin was the service advisor and we got to talking about my steering issue. The dealership I bought it from was not helpful. Justin explained they could put the setting to factory standards. The car drives better than it did straight from the dealership. I plan to come back for my service intervals with these guys. Unless it is a recall or oem specific I plan to go to caliber.

When no one around the area wanted to take me in for a state inspection at 5:35pm. I called them and Mr Mario said aslong as I beat the 6pm deadline for the the machine he will take care of me, thats exactly what he did. Will definitely recommend great customer service

My wife and I both needed state inspections and fuel system cleaning. My wife is pregnant, so coming in during COVID-19 felt a little risky. After speaking to Mario and Nichole, Caliber came up with a plan to provide completely contactless maintenance on both cars. Other auto care service providers have not been nearly this understanding or easy to work with. Their service costs are also very reasonable. We highly recommend them and will be returning to them for future service!

I was flagged down by a fellow motorist because a rear tire was flat. I put air in the tire at a gas station and headed towards home. I pulled into Caliber Auto Care. I didnt really have a plan and my husband was out of town. The women at the front desk were kind and helpful. She took my keys and directed me to their coffee and tea station. I made myself a TAZO chamomile tea to calm my nerves.Their lobby is very clean and modern with plenty of seating, a TV, clean restrooms, Starbucks beverage station, charging ports.Before long, my van was fixed up and pulled around. To my surprise, there was no charge! They said they dont charge for fixing a flat! No pressure to get any other services done, just no hassle free fix. I am very grateful and will come to them for auto service in the future.

Took my car for an oil change. Process was extremely quick. Walked in, no line. Straight to the counter and they took my car right away. Their waiting area is very nice. They have a complimentary coffee machine (single serve, the fancy kind) and a fridge full of bottles of water. Chairs are comfy, 3 tvs. Only took them about 25 minutes to change my oil and I was out the door. They also sent a report with pictures directly to me so I could see my vehicles status. All around great experience and I will be back.

I was at this location a month ago for an oil change and in all honesty I don’t think they ever change the oil on my Audi. Yesterday I get a sign in my car that the oil was low and I needed to put oil in it, otherwise the motor of my car would be broken. It’s sad to receive such a bad service. It’s not a cheap car, the motor in my car would be shutdown because of them not changing the oil just. If this is the way they treat customers so they can have more business they’re doing it wrong. Because I don’t trust this placed, we changed it ourselves. Be careful

Auto associates Mario and Nicole at the Atascocita location, by far, have provided some of the Best customer service Ive EVER seen. Marios communication and enthusiasm in making sure the customers are satisfied is impeccable. Nicoles customer service and knowledge of cars is freakin impressive. The store is super clean. All of my cars will go to this shop from here on out.

I live less than a mile from this location in Atascocita and brought my 2019 Atlas after a bad experience with another shop after buying new rims and tires. The car vibrated at 60+mph from the moment the new wheels were installed. We took it to the other shop multiple times with them telling me the balancing was done wrong, they supposedly fixed the balancing but the car still vibrated and they weren’t giving us a solution. After only one time of looking at my car, caliber auto care was able to tell me what the problem was and gave me a solution. My vibration issue is now fixed and I can say that this will now be my go to place for all my auto needs. Mike is awesome, he even picked up the tires from my house so I didn’t mess up my seats. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
