Dolores has been my hairstylist for some time now and shes always done a great job. Just recently got it colored red and I love it!

I highly recommend Veronica for you hair needs. She is exceptional and skilled at what she does. All I do is show her a picture and she works her magic. The services that I have had with Veronica are balayage, shampoo, cut, & style. I’ve been going to her for about a year now and she never disappoints. I love that she is honest and doesn’t push services on me. If she thinks my hair is healthy don’t need a cut she will let me know I can skip the trim. The best part is walking out with amazing hair but what comes pretty close is the scalp massage during the shampoo.

Lauren is the absolute best and my hair is a dream! Could never ask for a better result.

Love this place!!! It was my first time going here. I made an appointment with Lauren because specializes in womens short haircuts. When I got there they had me fill out some forms just asking about my hair and the products I use. They offer drinks as well ( pop, water, wine or beer) Everyone in there is super friendly makes u feel right at home and as well as fit in. I showed her a picture of a haircut that I found on Pinterest and Lauren did an excellent job!!! .

I went to Epic Looks for the first time yesterday and could not be happier with my hair. The entire staff is very friendly, the salon is clean and well kept. I saw Elaina, she was great. Super nice, super helpful! They have a loyal customer for sure!

Just had a cut and mini highlight in the last two days. It was a process but came out beautifully! Sasha was my beauty operator and is amazing! She’s easy to get along with and very knowledgeable about how hair works lol

Came here once before and will def continue coming here and only here! The girls are super sweet and welcoming! The salon itself is so comfortable and relaxed, good vibes and good music too! Chelssa did my hair and she’s AMAZING! She listens to what you want and goes off of that to give you exactly what you asked for! Really knows her way around a thick head of hair also!

Wish I had come here when I lived in the area. I visited Epic Looks as part of a bridal party. All the girls were so nice and Shelbie was very welcoming. Sarah worked magic on my hair and made sure that it stayed all day long! Great place!

This was my first time at Epic Looks Salon. My hair stylist was Chelssa Martin. She did an amazing job with my hair. Way beyond my expectation. Totally love it. Highly recommend it.

Patty is absolutely amazing! I would definitely book with her if you can, but I really liked the other stylists too. Everyone is so friendly! The prices are reasonable and the work is fantastic! I went for my birthday and felt really pampered. Plus, I think Patty is the first person to actually listen to my long term plans for my hair and (even though it cost her money), she told me how to care for my hair and how often to cut it so it could grow out. She was very customer-oriented and cared more about what I wanted and what would make me happy than making an extra buck for herself. It was so refreshing to meet an honest, caring, bubbly stylist and I cannot wait to see her in a couple of months for a touch up!

I love Epic Looks.. I used to always go to Visible Changes but since we moved near the area I decided to give it a try.. Ive been going here for about 2 -3 years already..

I dont normally leave bad reviews, but when it comes to 200 dollars and my hair looking as bad as it does I have to unfortunately.I went in Tuesday to have my hair done because I read some good reviews. Ive had the same person doing my hair, but chose to trust someone new.I have brown hair (not dark) and wanted to work my way to fashion colors (silver/grey ash) with balayage. Last time I got my hair done was 7.5-8 months ago and I started getting highlights.(balayage) Im pretty patient and understand that it may take time but as long as my hair isnt ruined Im okay with it.I came home and saw my hair and honestly I wanted to cry. My hair looks like I had a box dye and the roots grew out.. its my natural color at the top, then a faded yellow..then it turns to blonde..and back to a faded yellow. The transition of colors is terrible because like I said its yellow..and it looks like one straight line. I paid 200 for this and Im highly disappointed. Im a mom of 3 and I dont do much for myself, but the one thing I chose to do not only cost me, but was ruined as well.Having your hair done is suppose to make you feel better..not worse. So I chose to do this review because Ive felt so bad since I got home Tuesday and saw my hair /:

I just came from getting my hair cut at Epic Looks Salon by Chelssa Martin. It is the worst hair cut that I have ever gotten in my entire life. It is so bad and so short, that I cant even go to someone else to fix it. I am probably going to have to buy a wig to wear until it can grown out enough for someone else to fix. I am so upset, that I just want to cry.

I recently went in to get high/lowlights and a cut. I showed the hair dresser what I wanted... I wanted to keep my overall blonde look and have some strawberry blonde/dark blonde low lights. No other questions were asked, she started mixing the color. I ended up with tiger stripes. Blonde and red... worst hair experience of my life. I left absolutely upset and devastated. This was the first time in a year I have been out to get my hair done and it was a waste of my time and money.I contacted the owner only to be told that the same hair stylist would be happy to try to fix it. I told her I didn’t trust her with my hair after what had just happened and wouldn’t feel comfortable with her doing it. So I just asked for my money back due to not getting what I wanted. She said she couldn’t do that either.I have been in there and paid $300 for hair color, and it was worth it and I was happy. This time I paid $200 for tiger stripes that I did not want. Oh and the owner and hair stylists also claim that it was miscommunication.... it wasn’t miscommunication, it was laziness and no talent. I asked and also showed pictures of natural, blended high/lowlights... I got RED and yellow stripes.Worst customer service of my life. I will never be returning here ever again, and I’d advise others to think twice before going here. The hair dressers name was Dorlois. I don’t know how she has made it this far in her career if she does hair color the way she did mine.
