Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The bearded pharmacist started arguing with me when I told him that they were disrespectful and told me that I was disrespectful to him. He followed me as I walked away almost the point of coming out of the pharmacy and into the store. He acted like a bully. I would love to speak with whoever is the top boss of that pharmacy above the pharmacists to see if they can teach this pharmacist how to treat customers and remind him where his pay comes from, us customers. The previous location was way more customer friendly .

When this location was off of 1960 in Atascocita, I felt the service and understanding was much better. Now there have been many times where my prescription orders don’t come out correctly and or together like they’re supposed to. I tried calling two separate times and was on hold over 25 minutes each. The second time while I was still on hold I drove up through the drive-through to see that nobody was attending the phones. I asked the service attendant why and she said that they were there listening for the phones but there was obviously no attention to that. This is not the first time I have seen many people working very hard behind the counter, but ignoring the phone calls in the office It is very disappointing because CVS has been one of my favorite pharmacies over the years. At this location they don’t seem to go the extra mile to really help you understand what you can do to make your prior authorizations go through and additionally the lack of customer service on the phone is very time-consuming and difficult for not only me, but from what I see for many other patients. CVS has the potential to be very good, but with the lack of customer service, getting prescriptions ready correctly and answering phones it’s definitely down on the lower end of the spectrum at this time

Very unprofessional. Called about a prescription and the lady said it will be ready at a certain time and I went up there and they said they don’t have it that it’s at another location. Very unprofessional. Do not trust them....

Pharmacy is not ever open when we need it. Before it moved it was 24 hours. Now pharmacy has bankers hours. Useless.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU LIKE ROBO TELEMARKETERS! Use this pharmacy if you want to be robo-called a few times a day and cannot get them to stop calling you! They will continually call you and harass you with robot calls about refills even when there are no refills on the prescription. I have tried several times to make them stop calling me but it never works and the calls keep coming.

This is not a 24 hour cvs the people be sleeping inside with th ed door closed was there at 2 am and they said they are cleaning when I ask what time ll you be open they said they cant disclose the opening time was there back at 4 am and they say they are still cleaning please dont give false information about 24 hour open if you are not open. 24 hour and keep the sign off

Your service is ATROCIOUS! I needed to pick up my husbands meds. I called before leaving so that I could make sure that I had everything I needed, but after being on hold for 5 minutes, I decided to go ahead and go to the store. I kept you all on the phone in case someone picked up. I get to the store and Ive now been on hold for 10 minutes. I pull up in drive thru and no one is there, and no customers are in the pharmacy...WHY AM I ON HOLD?! Tech comes to the window only to tell me I need my husbands insurance card...THIS IS WHY I TRIED TO CALL BEFORE LEAVING THE HOUSE! I tell her our insurance companys name and she tells me I need the card. I go home, find my husbands card...ONLY TO GET THERE AND A DIFFERENT TECH TELLS ME I NEED THE CAREMARK CARD. Listen, the first tech should have told me that. So, now Ive wasted 2 trips and gas, my husbands in pain and congested, Im trying to hurry back home so my contagious husband doesnt have to touch or breathe on our newborn and 8 year old, I have food on a low temp on the stove, and yall over here wasting my time. DO BETTER AND ANSWER THE PHONE!

Ok this is the third time I have been to this place. First time told 15 minute wait. That was a 50 minute wait. Second tume told 15 minute wait and it was a 45 minute wait. Third time told it would be an 2 hour turn around. No one else waiting! I pushed for a better time and the promise a 30 minute wait. Or I could come back. I advised I had just had surgery and needed the prescriptions before going home....... advised they would see what they could do. I will find another pharmacy! Be warned dont come here.

Rude and extremely slow. Went in to pick up medicine that doctor called over. I told them my insurance changed. They were extremely rude and said ya we got it. I hadnt even told them what insurance it was. So i asked them do you have this one. Again they were rude daying yes thry hot it. They said it will take 20minutes. So i left and came back almost an hour later went through the drive and it still wasnt ready. Waited another 30 minutes had to go inside and finally got it.

Pharmacy boss Major White is a great guy and my orders are always ready for me when I arrive to pick them up. Its very busy but he runs a tight shop.The store overall is very nice and the staff is real friendly.

Davina has been so helpful to me everytime that I have come to the store. She goes out of her way to assist. I imagine customer service in a pharmacy cannot be easy when people are sick, tired and impatient. She handles it all with grace and compassion. I thank Davina and all of the staff at CVS for their kindness and professionalism.

The worst pharmacy in the area. Rude, don’t answer phones, I’ve held as long as 30 minutes with no one answering. They’ve messed up my family’s meds almost killing us with the wrong meds. When I brought it to their attention there was no apology in fact they seemed annoyed - stay away from this awful place

If I could give this HORRIBLE pharmacy a zero I would. Every. Single. Time. I come to this location there is an issue and only ever 1 person working at a time so it takes well over an hour to get anything fixed. HAAAAAATE this location, I would rather drive all the way to the Kingwood 24 hour location, and will do so from now on, rather than deal with this joke of a place.

Ridiculous! I go to pick up prescription. I am told they are out of the medication then another employee says no we just got some in we will get your prescription ready. So Im waiting and waiting finally go to check and I am again told they are out of the medication. Seriously! Why did you tell me you were getting my prescription and it would be about 10 minutes then see me walking around in front of the counter and not once in 15 minutes day you were mistaken??. Extremely disorganized!!!!!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. After leaving emergency room with my toddler I was told I needed to start her antibiotics tonight to come here and pick them up they are 24 hours. I am only customer in line, store is empty, after waiting at window 10 minutes and honking a guy comes to the window and tells me my script wasn’t faxed over. Another 10 minutes, comes back and says it got sent but wasn’t filled because insurance is not on file. He then apologized for not seeing the script because he is not even a pharmacy tech, HE IS A CASHIER UP FRONT. He is helping the pharmacist get caught up. My prescription was sent an hour before I pulled up. I’ve now been in the drive thru another hour still waiting for meds, store is empty, nobody else in line, told them don’t worry about putting insurance on file, I would self pay, still waiting. Absolutely awful.

This is a horrible CVS. Everytime I try to go through drive thur they let someone sit in widow n wait to have there prescripition filled. You have to wait 15-20 minutes in line. They are suppose to make person go inside n wait so the drive thru line can move. They have horrible rude attitude if u complain. I refuse to go back to this location.

I went there and bought cold medicine. I asked why he needed my ID and the cashier gave me attitude on thats the way it is.I was there 02/01/18 at 8pm. I didnt get his name but he needs an attitude check.Im not from the USA and inquired why. He was not nice.

Will not ever return to this location. Their insurance system was down, so they never could bill my insurance and paid full price for prescription and learned this after the fact. They told me to come back next day for a refund, after returning 3 separate times they finally returned my money after they billed insurance company. The store manager David there is brand new and does not know how to manage his team or customers. He came out of his office and before even talking to me the customer he went by what his team member told him and immediately charged my card again the wrong amount two times! I told him I would not sign my credit card since he owed me money not the other way around, when I told him I wouldnt sign the terminal he threatened me and told me he didnt need it and would charge me anyways! I signed and he took my receipt after asking 3 times for the receipt, I had to chase him up front with my 1.5 year old daughter to get my receipt. When I told him I was talking to his district manager then he wanted to start to cooperate! He tried to throw some gift cards at me to quiet me down! I refused and when he learned I wouldnt take it he started throwing his hands in my face and my 1.5 year old daughters face! This is unacceptable, he should not be a store manager!

Thing about CVS is you need to check the 4$ Wal-Mart prescription list before you buy anything from them. I got a prescription there and it was 65$. Started talking to my Dr about options and she was like that prescription is on the 4$ list at Wal-Mart. I said What you talking bout Willis! CVS = crooks.
