Service Team treated me with utmost respect. The foreman of the shop wanted to be sure he understood my concern with my vehicle as they couldnt pinpoint what I was describing. He drove with me and when I pointed out what was wrong, he knew what it was. Needed a new torque converter for my transmission. Luckily it was still under warranty. They had my vehicle ready within 1-1/2 day! I highly recommend Long Chevrolet!

The team at long was amazing. My brand new AT4 1500 broke down on the highway, and they had me up and running in under a week. This required a significant amount of work on the engine and they were able to get parts and do the work very fast. They were also helpful personally, by helping me transfer my camper and roof top tent to our rental. Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. If only you guys were in Houston, Texas, where I live, you would have a customer for life.

Bought a low mileage used vehicle, practically brand new, at reasonable cost. Staff was great and very professional!

The issue took a couple of visits to rectify but it was a manufacturer defect and no fault of my dealership. The service adviser as well as the service manager were attentive and very helpful. My car was fixed, it was cleaned very well afterwards. I own several Mercedes and a Lexus. The service was at least on par with these dealerships. Kudos to all these guys!

We were traveling from NE Tn back to our home in Ga and our transmission stopped working. We got a 30 mile tow into Long Chevrolet. They immediately checked our transmission and determined that it would have to be replaced. We authorized the replacement and in less than 24 hours, they found a replacement and had us back on the road. You never want to have car trouble but we were fortunate that it happened where it did. So put in a pre-approval on-line with Long of Athens and within 3 minutes of hitting the send button I got a call from Ricky the Internet sales manager. I set up an appointment for the next day where we meet Nora (spoiler alert) my wife and I went to high school with her. Nora showed us around several vehicles, but the one I came to see was nowhere to be seen. So Nora did a little investigating and found that it was in the back being detailed. She pulled that bad boy out and off we went for a test drive. Needless to say we bought the thing 20 minutes later. Nora spent almost half her day with us no questions asked she never became pushy, or demanding we buy this certain car. NOW service AFTER the sale is a big key to some people (me) When you buy a car from Long the first full tank of gas is on them, however the SUV I bought had 3/4 tank already so we decided it was alright. We had another appt with them a week later to get a part fixed (free) on the SUV, it got pushed off for another week as the part was on back order for Chevy. Today I got that part fixed and was given a loaner vehicle (2019 GMC Acadia) to drive for the day. Now Nora remembering I never got that tank of gas had my SUV filled up and waiting for me when I came to pick it up. Now you guys tell me what sales rep is going to remember that let alone ACTUALLY have it done? Look good credit, bad credit, credit in between these guys and gals will do their best to get you approved, but its the service after the sale that will keep you coming back, and their repair dept is spot on. I was fishing a tournament in Dayton. I was down from Illinois, roughly 8 hours away, and my transmission went out on my 2016 Chevrolet Sierra. The tow company brought it to Mike in service on Monday. He walked me through the process, updated me as the job went and my truck was completed on Friday allowing me to get home. He also put me in a rental car throughout the week I was down. My son and I fished our tournament as planned and got to spend some extra time together. Mike really saved the week! Why am I continuing to receive these surveys, I tried for a week to speak to the owner before I was told she did get my message and would call me when she got time. Well, a week later, I have not heard from her. I AM NOT DONE WITH LONG CHEVROLET! You will be hearing from me, SOON. All I want is my vehicle fixed, not to bring it in for your technicians to guess at the problem. It REALLY should not matter the age, or mileage of my vehicle. I do not appreciate by nagged about buying a new car, since you had Jason, the Sales Mgr. to call me also. Or the attitude that Matt, Service Mgr., had with me on the phone. I had high hopes for bringing my vehicle there to begin with, now I see just exactly how you all work, hind sight is 20/20.

Bought a new Buick Enclave (Nora was AWESOME!, cared about our needs and budget and found the perfect vehicle for it). It had a warranty repair needed when we bought it that was on backorder, part came in today and took them about 2 hours to fix. Awesome, fast service. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought several new and used vehicles here. Nora just helped me with my last purchase of a 2020 Chevy Colorado! She was great and had everything taken care of quickly! And Ben in the service dept. is great to work with! I plan on returning in the future.

I was experiencing some issues with the steering in my truck. Brought the truck in to be worked on and specifically asked for the ride hight on the front end to be corrected via an alignment and correction of torsion bar. adjustments with a tire rotation. More problems with front end arose and parts needed to be replaced. I was fine with that parts break and I understood. So I brought the truck back the next morning to have the services completed and when everything was ready the dealership called to pick it up. Once everything was payed for and I left the dealership I noticed the steering wheel was crooked and it had a pull to the right but thought mabe it would correct itself on the drive home. It did not and actually got worse. Upon further investigation when I got home I found the tires were not rotated like I had asked and the TPS sensors were not reset so now I will have to take my vehicle to another shop to have everything fixed again correctly even though I just payed to have it done there. I took it to a dealership hoping that the quality of repairs and service would be better and were not in fact the were worse than if I had taken it to an independent shop. Im very disappointed and probably wont be back for any services to my GMC truck.

Managment in the sales dept is probably the most unprofessional I have seen. They are not willing to help the customer, just themselves. The conversation I over heard the lady manager have with another employee was beyond inappropriate. Keep that for the break room. Also heard whom I believe is the owner talk to another salesman with no respect. Parts dept was fabulous and helpful but the lack of respect I seen for the employees makes me never want to shop their in the future.

Was told i would receive a call when my oil was changed so I could pick up my vehicle after waiting almost 5 hours we called and it had been done waiting on pick up. Service, facility and faculty was all great aside from the miss communication. Next time I know to call sooner

We went to have our oil changed rotate the tires and a fuel filter on our 2020 high country 2500 diesel truck they sent me 4 text messages while we waited they all said our total would be 152.00 until they were done then it ended up being over 300 which I thought was outrageous but had no choice but to pay I will not go back to this dealership to be lied to and ripped off!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I paid thousands to this service department to fix my vehicle and they gave it back to me in “unsafe to drive condition”(as stated by another dealer I had to take it to due to their mistakes). I’m a kid!! And they gave me a vehicle with no breaks and nearly cause me to create a 5 car pile up. I’m thankful for my life and can’t believe how little they cared about mine and others on the road.

On May 22, 2019, I purchased a used 2017 Chevrolet Sonic with 13,801 miles, and in new car condition from this dealership. Prior to the visit that prompted the purchase, my husband and I had visited Long Chevrolet and spoke to the salesperson, Doug Clark. He was very personable and left a huge impression on both of us. We werent ready to make a purchase at that time, but never felt any kind of pressure or pushiness, from Doug or anyone else at the dealership, as mentioned in someone elses review. In fact, it was just the opposite. When we were ready to make the purchase we went back to the dealership and asked for Doug, but he was off that day. We were assisted by JP in Dougs absence. He was also very kind and patient with us, showing us several vehicles. We expressed interest in two vehicles, both in excellent condition with low mileage. Doug called us the next day and we returned to the dealership and made the purchase on the Sonic. Cole, who did the financing for us found us an amazing interest rate and we were able to sign the deal in record speed! Kelly and Jason were also very helpful during our visit! The time for the oil change was reasonableHowever, on my way home I noticed that the windshield oil change reminder hadnt been changed. No big deal, I penned in the right info.After I got home, I looked at my service record and noticed that the mileage shown was the same as the last oil change. Again,no big deal, I changed that too.Then, I saw that it shows that 4 quarts of oil were put in the engine. It has always used 6 quarts! I checked the oil level and it shows over full.I was going to have the tires rotated and balanced, but received a Price Quote of $49.95! I had already checked with Matlock Tire Service, and they quoted a price of $35.Naturally, that is where I will go.Todays experience, coupled with an unsavory experience with the sales department, makes me feel strongly about going somewhere else for future service needs.

Staff went out of their way to help me with my problem. Even printed out directions to help me do it myself. I was really surprised, in these days, they did so much to get my car back on the road. Highly recommend.

We are new to the area and have been to this dealership 2 other times then today. Those two times were good experiences. Today was horrible they had my husband sit there for over 3 hours and the vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. My husband wasnt able to stay any longer and asked for his keys and the employees had no care in the world to try to correct the problem.
