My husband went here to get his screen and back glass repaired from being cracked. At first the service was great, and they had the screen replaced in a matter of about an hour. The screen alone is expensive but we understand, but they even said theyd do the back for free and only charge for the front since we were having to do both so we didnt have to pay as much. So, at first it was great.Then, we got the phone back. Not even and hour into having the phone back, the LCD screen started messing up. My husband took it back and tried to see what was wrong with it, and was accused of dropping the phone. This was NOT the case. It had not been dropped, nothing had been dropped on it. The LCD was simply messed up. So they said they would order another screen as they didnt have one in stock and they would a back glass as well. We were told they would call my phone when the screen and glass came in on Tuesday or Wednesday of that week. I never received a call, still havent. I persnally want our money back, but I do not see that happening as we were accused of doing something that we did not. 3 starts for the service at first but we will not be back there.

Sells used phones as “new” won’t refund money worst customer service.The cell phone has scratches all around the sides and claims it’s a new phone. We took the cellphone back the same day we purchase and they said to come back tomorrow for the return because they didn’t have the money. Therefore you’re the one that needs to be honest when you say you’re selling us a “new”phone.My aunt also went to get a tablet screen fixed and when she turned it on the screen was black out and not working. What a waste of $200 she paid.

I took my iphone 6s plus there to get the screen replaced and they weren’t nice at all they were very disrespectful and had no care in the world it took them over a hr and when i got my phone back it wouldn’t hold a charge at all i would charge it over night and in 5 mins it would all ready be at 0 and the back of the phone was always hot and when i went back in there to ask them what was wrong they told me to get out of the store for no reason i advised for nobody to go in this store my phone was so bad that i had to go down and buy another one when i didn’t have the money but i repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY WILL MESS YOUR PHONE UP BAD

Very good price!! Fixed my phone in literally 15 minutes and did a great job!! Fast and affordable. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but If I need my phone fixed I know where to go!!

Zero stars! Took my phone for a screen replacement. He did a horrible job, the screen was not put on correctly (I could actually see the lighting below the screen) I told him and he said it was fine. The screen is a cheap part and started cracking in the next two days. My phone is with a full Broken screen after paying $89. I went back to let him know about the issue and he refused to replace. He said I needed to pay again! Please don’t throw your money away. Go to a place that will take care of their customers and have good quality parts not something that will break the next day. Not recommending to anyone. This person takes advantage of you especially if you are Hispanic

Ok so the phones are overpricedThere were iphone Xs for 799 but they normally sell now for 400$ and another example is that they tried to sell a 100$ phone for twice the amount (A01)Just go to a normal cell phone carrier storeSure it will be more expensive but it will offer way better results

The repairs they do is horrible.. we’ve had a screen replaced twice and it only last a week or two and then it goes completely out again.. I would not recommend nobody to get a phone repaired there. $100 every two weeks gets expensive. If I could give zero stars I would!

The first screen replaced in October my fault I paid for it then the screen has stopped working three other occasions. I have had it replaced then it went out again. I then return to the store and before anything the person behind the counter said that my phone was the issue then I stated then why did you sell me a screen if it wasn’t the issue although that fixed it. Then there was back pedaling and excuses I’d definitely never be back there again and reading other experiences I’d guess they use cheap parts. This has happened to my phone and my wife’s so I guess we both have bad phones. What a joke!

I would not put any stars. But that is the only option. I had bought a protective cover and he put it on and had bubbles. I told him to fix it and he would not. (I asked him if he cared and he said he did not care) Today I called and tried to figure out thier location. He said what do u want. I am not sure how people like this stay in business.

Not helpful or friendly, did not have any of the four items I asked about. But on the plus side, Athens finally has an urban cell phone store. Looks like one of those places you could get money orders and pay your electric bill, and maybe see someone get pepper sprayed while you were at it

I took my Galaxy S5 G900A to get the glass screen replaced. 1) no estimate prior to repair. 2) phone worked prior to repair. 3) Repair 2 days. 4) when I tested the phone with AT&T they advised me not to accept the repair the phone was not working properly. 4) They wanted $200.00 for a $7.99 glass replacemet screen I bought later on Ebay. 5) when I refused the repair He begame very angry took my phone in the back and gave me my phone without my LCD Digitizer or screws and kept their glass. Since I am not a cell phone repair person I did not realize the glass and LCD were not one part until I purchased the new glass and They told me my LCD was missing and the screws were missing. WATCH OUT I moved to Missouri since and am not at this time getting anywhere with this company. If I do I will retract the issue. TEST YOUR PHONE PRIOR TO PAYING and Watch for what they keep from you.

I went in there for a screen protector and a case for my galaxy note 5 and the pushed two faulty products on me without me knowing the screen protector has scratches and the screen on the case is scratched to hell and they told me a price for both was 29.91 for the case and the screen protector and i didnt know they were messed up they ran my card and instead of them giving me my card back they held it hostage and the other guy said that i owed them ten more for the screen protector that i just paid for and with out consent they ran my card again i will never go back and i would warn anyone else not to go there they crapy service and they are rude i would give zero stars if i could
