If you want the best service at the best price on Cattle Equipment this is your place!! The staff Chad, Owyn, Gabe, and Gracie were outstanding, knowledgeable, and most of all Good Folks. I would recommend this top quality product to all my cattle friends. Other companies are too expensive and less quality.

I tried doing business with this place but they didnt seem too interested. They give you a phone number to text; I sent several and got no reply. I then messaged them on Facebook and they did reply but sometimes would take a day or more to respond. They wouldnt give me a price on corral plan I sent.The last straw was my visit to their location. They did have a large stock but I couldnt get any service whatsoever. I walked around the lot for half an hour and got nobody. I walked in their office and there were people in the back office listening to music; I waited around walking in and out of the office trying to make myself known but no one seemed to care. Maybe it was just one of those days lol, but it turned me off nonetheless.

I drove 87 miles one way on a Saturday morning after talking with Brad on a Friday morning. Told me the 50 head catch system was in stock. He told me he would send me a text msg with prices as the are much higher than seen on Facebook web page they have. Of course no text msg was sent but he did say to expect a 35 to 40 percent increase by summer so I came on the next day. When I walked in I found a bunch of kids trying to run the place. They were nice and did the best they could to help me but you cant sell something you dont have. I wanted to add some extra gates and more tub to the system, came out to be almost 6700.00. I told them I would still take it if they would ship it to me at no cost to me. After all I had already pulled a 24ft trailer with me to pick it up. They would excuse themselves and call someone some were and ultimately said no after telling me we have truck over your way all the time.I was very disappointed in this after being told shipping was 150 -200 dollar. C and B had a better reputation than this.It might just be an old fashioned but doing the right thing never goes out of style... l just went somewhere else.

Good people to deal with and they will treat you right. Went there to get some farm gates and I got them at a fair price. I even picked up a new B & W hitch while I was there. Will definitely go back when I need more farm items.

I recently purchased some equipment from C &B Farm + Outdoors. Unfortunately, not all the equipment I ordered was in the delivery. When I called C & B they were very apologetic and admitted to making the mistake. They were willing to ship the missing items. However, they couldn’t give a date the items would be shipped and were going to charge me an additional $100 in freight fees. I had just spent $600 in a flat rate freight fee that covered the costs of all the equipment I originally ordered, except they forgot to send a couple of items. I understand making mistakes, because everyone can make them. What separates good and bad businesses is when they choose to fix them or not. Too bad.

We bought a cattle chute and have been impressed with the product delivered and customer service. He had a part break in the chute a year later and a new part was sent free of charge with a couple of new CB hats.Griffis Cattle Company.

I called to see if they had corral panels and a few 12 foot gates. I left a voicemail and they never returned my call. So, Richardson Gates and Panels in Rogersville got by business. Richardson Gates and Panels had stellar service and superb prices! I really wanted to give C&B Farm outdoors a try but they have lost all my future business since they did not return my phone call.
