We have used Arnett Heat & Air since we moved to Athens. In our home and in our business as well many years ago. They have always been good ti us!!

Took 2-3 hrs to replace my thermostat to resolve heating failure with my unit. Charged me $210 and the problem is now worst. The thermostat should have costed around $80 so I feel extremely ripped off with how things were done.

My Heat Pump Unit Went Out With A Bad Compressor In April Of 2018. I Called These Guys To Look At It And I Thought They Would Finally Get Back To Me On Repairing My Unit. I Finally Got To Talk To The Owner And He Gave Me A Price On An Old Used Unit To Replace My Old Unit. I Told Him I Was Thinking About Putting In Window A/C Units. He Told Me That I Might Be Better Off. Thats What I Did And I Stayed Comfortable All Summer. Thanks.

Ridiculously unprofessional service, or rather, lack thereof. Our A/C stopped blowing air and when they came to look at it, told us to hang a blanket up in the stairwell and that it was struggling to keep up with the heat from the upstairs. This unit has been functioning fine all summer through many high temps, set at the exact same temperature(a high one, at that, just enough to be bearable). When they left, there was STILL no air blowing and they acknowledged that fact. Now it has been a week of them saying they will come by the house again this afternoon, that afternoon, and they NEVER showed up, NEVER called.This is absurd service. When your company makes a misdiagnosis, you need to own up to it and do whatever it takes to correct it. Not make people suffer through a muggy fall heatwave while you lie to them.
