I recently placed a small order with your company.In the process preparing my order, someone noticed the sheet of brass was ½” shy.Instead of shipping it anyway or delaying my order, a lady with your company called me.(I wish I had written her name down)She politely explained the situation and was ready to offer a discount on my order.I told her my plans were to cut it into 2” strips and put it on an old cedar chest, I was refinishing and that the ½” would not be missed.She then offered to cut the sheet into the 2” strips for me, at no additional cost.I just wanted to say thank you for a level of integrity and customer service I was convinced was no more than a distant memory.Thank you,Tom
