Apparently the entire store closes when someone has to pick up their kids or something. Never heard of that but ok. I guess good luck catching them when they feel like finishing a shift.

Bought a clipper blade a week ago and when i took it out of the package it was disassembled and had clipper hairs on it. I called Sallys and they told me they dont accept returns and thats how the blades come. I was able to get ahold of osters today and they are replacing the blade for me because no thats not how they come and its extremely difficult to get the tension right when putting the blade together yourself when youre untrained on how to do so. The only way that blade wouldve sold to me in that condition was if it was a returned blade put back on the shelf. Also i have a friend that just returned shampoos here a couple weeks ago. Yet no returns. If youre going to have a no return policy then all of the employees should be on the same page and enforce that. And if you make a mistake you should own that and take care of it. I shouldnt have to jump through so many hoops because you sold me a faulty item. Luckily for me oster has good customer service so Im getting a new blade shipped to me.

Showed up around 3 pm today. They had a sign on the door that said they’d be closed randomly from 2-4 pm today. We waited around until 4 pm, then 4:10, then 4:15. No one ever showed up. Really annoyed that we drove half an hour for them to be closed in the middle of the day for no reason.

The Sallys Beauty in Athol is the best one Ive been to. At this point the workers know me as a regular customer here. Every time I shop here the staff is beyond accommodating, and they know the products they sell very well. Whenever I am looking for something specific they know exactly the product to put in my hand. Ive had very good luck with their recommendations. I didnt know I needed a chi straightener until I used one! Thanks Sallys keep doing what youre doing!!

Because of these girls and their beauty expertise and great tastes, I will only shop here for all my exotic hairdyes and makeup!! Thank you ladies! 💁‍♀️💄👑
