Gouged us on surprise shipping costs and really bad customer service. Bought drawer pulls from the store but they were out of stock so they ordered them to ship from their warehouse. Without telling us they charged us shipping because they were out of stock. Then they double charged us $44 for shipping. My wife called and they wouldn’t help her - made her call back and speak with the manager who sold it. She calls back the next day and the manager argued with my wife for 15 mins even though she has a receipt. He then asks her to her fill out paperwork with no assurance we’ll be refunded the overcharge or even the shipping altogether- not our fault they were out of stock. For a such nice store, we were really disappointed with how they treated my wife. Won’t be going back.

Natalie was amazing and helped me with my kitchen hardware every step of the way. My experience was exceptional and great customer service needs to praised as it is hard to come by at times. So thank you Rejuvenation Atlanta, I will remember you when I need to shop for home fixtures. Support your stores as they may be able to get it to you quicker than online if they have it in stock, plus it keeps them in business.

I have shopped at this very store over many years, and always had great service. Recently however, there are newer employees who ignore you while you are in the store, and act annoyed if you ask them questions. I do not normally write reviews, but my last two experiences there have been very unpleasant. I hope that management is aware of the problem. Products are wonderful! Will wait awhile before going back, hoping for a more pleasant experience next time!

Really Really Love this place....We totally love the style and their products are built very very well. So why only 4 stars???? Every order we have placed has always had a minor defect that required a replacement. Not serious just annoying. Make sure you check your order. BUT they have always been very supportive, nice, and diligent about correcting any issue. Great place. Will be shopping there again soon. Have purchased multiple flush mounts, two different chandeliers, and a couple ceiling fans.

Products are awesome. the fan in my bedroom, as well as the light fixture in my dining room are always getting great compliments now thanks to rejuvenation! The staff at this location always seems knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all regards. Im always finding myself dropping in to see the new products!

I want to preface this review by stating that this is the first google review I have ever written. But, I was so annoyed by the customer service in this store I felt compelled to write. My daughter recently moved into the apartments right across the street from Ponce City Market. I wanted to treat her to some items for her new place as a celebration of several recent milestones. Today I wandered into Rejuvenation where I saw a living room set up that included a rug and several pillows that I liked. I told the sales clerk I wanted to purchase the rug in the size shown (5 x 8) as well as the pillows. He went to check on the rug. When he returned, he told me that the rug was not in stock and that he would order one for me, but I would have to pay 10% shipping. I thought he must be mistaken, but he assured me this was the manager had told him. It wasnt so much the money ($40 ) as the principle. If the store is out of stock on an item, they should incur the shipping cost. I was about to make a nearly $700 purchase, and did not feel I should have to pay shipping costs for an item they displayed in the store. So, I left. I will never go back and Rejuvenation likely lost a very good customer as I liked many of the items in the store and my daughter and I would have continued to shop there after she moved in.

Wow, what an awesome place with a cool staff eager that helped me to select the best lighting, rugs and furniture for our new home. The quality of their products is superb and they have a great selection to choose from. Overall, my experience was great and I cant wait to shop there again in the future.

My wife and I have a variety of reasons for buying lots of furniture. We prefer domestic production and high quality. Buying furniture that will be delivered is a process that must be understood fully to appreciate the number of things that can go wrong. I have read most of these reviews and am quite surprised at the poor experiences some have had. We have had a comedically complicated delivery scenario that has dragged on for far too long due to 3rd party logistics, but the local service saves the day. We continue to support this location and will continue, they are so good to us.

The worst customer service ever. Called them 2 times to change my order that I did less than a week ago. They did not change a thing. They wanted me pay another shipping charge which does not make sense. Order was going to delivered 2 months later anyway. why not another item for the whole house delivery. They are also very rude on the phone. Either take their deal or leave.

Please, don’t ever buy anything from Rejuvenation. After placing an order Oct 2nd for a pair of leather chairs, our first delivery arrived right after New Years. They said the order had gotten lost, then they said the legs were broken on both chairs, and the leather was damaged on one of them and had to be repaired. Our 6-8 week delivery took 12 weeks. The chairs arrived damaged so we sent them back. The leather was nicked on one of the chairs and the other was clearly the one with the damaged leather. The arm didn’t even match the rest of the chair. Fast forward another two months. The new chairs were delivered, the leather wasn’t pulled tight across the back on one, and the other one looked like it came from a leper cow. Being fed up by this time, we requested a refund. It has been a month now and they still haven’t credited our account. They say the chairs haven’t arrived back in the warehouse and so they cannot give us a credit until they do. There is more to this story. At the time of the first delivery refusal, we spoke to a customer service rep who said the second pair would be significantly discounted but she couldn’t tell me how much, “A manager would call me next week to tell me what the discount would be”. Never got that call. This discounted price is a secret apparently, because the store manager couldn’t even tell me how much it would be until the new chairs were delivered, and it was never mentioned by the delivery folks at the time of delivery. This company is run by imbeciles.I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before purchasing.

Read the reviews on Rejuvenation very carefully before buying. Theres a good reason many of them are lousy.What I didnt realize when I bought my lighting fixtures is that Rejuvenation has essentially no return policy if any lighting you purchase has a choice of finish or length, which covers about everything. In other words, its final sale no ifs ands or buts. That means no refund and no store credit, even.And dont turn to management at the Ponce location for any help or sympathy. While curteous, they were completely inflexible. Moreover, what I purchased went on sale with free shipping only days after I bought it and they wouldnt even consider giving me a store credit (not a refund) for the difference, when I wouldve put it towards other lighting.If the Ponce store is looking to keep customers over the long haul, they have a crummy way of showing that desire. Ill be going somewhere I know will see me as an asset and not just an open wallet.

Pretty terrible experience here. Bought a leather couch and it collapsed within a couple months. Return process was a nightmare. The employees there are relatively nice, but customer service for their corporation are pretty awful. I would probably never buy anything from there again.
