My guy Efferin & crew are very professional & get you in & out on the oil change side with speed & precision.Also they inspect your car every time to recommend other services when needed before your car goes down. I definitely recommend them these guys do a great job!!👍👍

The worst experience ever! This store trips off the senior community and scam new customers with false information and pricing. Im definitely going to file a complaint against this store manager for his deceptive practices. Stay away from this auto repair shop trust me its bad business!They dont even deserve 1 star rating.

I’m at a lost for words to describe the bait and switch that is going down at this location. It is obviously part of the entire scheme - from the name on the building with new signage which simply says, FLUID EXCHANGE. to the name on Yelp for same listed differently here- it’s all about the get over. The experience was an odyssey. The manager/ owner is all show and no tell. This place is as phony as s as three dollar bill. I suggest taking your business elsewhere- place is a ripoff.

Great service and attention to detail without trying to break your wallet.

They did what needed to be done. The only problem I have is the man that seems to be in charge, maybe hes the manager. Says hes from Mississippi. He has a smart mouth, gives cryptic answers, and has a smart aleck attitude. You have oil leaks everywhere, he says. Okay, what do you mean? Where exactly are these oil leaks? Well, Im like a doctor, I can tell you the issue but I would have to really look at it and have to be paid for my services to give you that answer, he says. Nooo!! Ive dealt with plenty of mechanics thats all bull. You give me specifics and then we can talk. You will not make money off of me giving me non specifics and answers like most mechanics have and can, that Ive dealt with. If you see oil leaks, you have to see where. And this was only during an oil change.I went up there before in January, because my service engine soon light was on and I needed to get my 2021 decal sticker. He was on the service side that time and smart talked his way out of the money I gave to another auto service company. Didnt think he would be on the oil change side. He just doesnt have a friendly, welcoming persona. And I dont like people who think they can get over on me because they are a mechanic and assume most of us, especially women (maybe) know nothing.

Used this place to get sparks plugs changed on my moms mercedes benz station wagon. Left with a $750 bill and a car that drives worse than when it entered the shop. Owner/manager is arrogant, not knowledgable, and stubborn. He demanded my mom pay a diagnostic fee even though he says he was unable to fix any of the issues he encountered in his diagnostic. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Its also now being operated as Fluid Exchange. Thats what it says on the outside of the building. Different name, same games. AVOID !!!!

They really know cars. Effrin shows care for your car as if it was his own. Helped me get my car back on the road and I wouldnt go anywhere else to have work done on my car. I went here with my mom today to have her oil changed. This place is super awesome. The woman that works there named Shay is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes over and beyond to make sure you are informed about your car and the services it needs. She doesnt bs you, and you have to respect that. Shay rocks. Express Lube rocks and is on point. They cant lose with employees like Shay on their team.

Would not take my car anywhere else! Dont pay attention to the naysayers. People will leave a bad review before they leave a good one.

I went there yesterday morning desperate for an oil change. Every where else was an hour or longer. I was the first person in. Only one guy was working at the time and it took longer than normal for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quite expensive but expected since my car requires synthetic oil. Overall the mechanic was nice and pleasant and did the job I needed.

If I could give NO stars, I would. The manager tried to rip me off with diagnostic fees for each problem I complained to him about because I wasn’t getting all of the issues fixed due to the fact he wanted to charge me $1200. He Performed work on my car that I didn’t authorize him to do. Never go here. It’s a big rip off! Effrin is the manager who tried to rip me off. Guys I don’t normally do reviews but I felt the need to save you a headache!!!!

Had a similar situation as previous reviewer where I too was told that an emission fail diagnosis could not be finalized until after I paid $340 for a Purge Canister and then he would be able to continue the diagnosis and then determine whether or not he could/would charge me more money to get a passing emission. I was first thrown off because the night before a worker told me that the diagnosis would be between $60-80 and to come back in the morning . I did return and spoke with Effrin who I find out is the mechanic and owner. When Effrin was questioned about the 94.50 diagnosis charge he told me that was problem because I talked to a non mechanic . Long story short, I paid the $95 and took my car to Auto Kwik Lube at 3120 Cambellton Road. They do great work and told me the part I needed to purchase (cost $18.99) and they replaced for $50 and reset my check engine light and told me to return Monday after driving to make sure it would pass. Effrin told me the same as for he would need to make sure the EVAC was solved at the purge valve it was just the way in which he grossly overpricedThe Twins at Auto Kwik will do you right from the jump. I have used them several times.

On November 1st, I visited the Express Lube & Automotive Services in East Point. At the time my car was stalling out but the check engine light was not on. Unfortunately, I choose Express Lube. My first sign that things were going to fail was when I drove onto the property and two employees were just standing around like they desired something, anything to do. I explained the issues that I had been having with my car to the two technicians on the premises. They asked IF they diagnosed the problem, would I get my car serviced there. I explained that it depended on the issue and if it was less to fix it myself or at the shop. Less than an hour later I received a call from Efferin, then stating that he could not diagnosis the problem for $90 and would have to do a deeper diagnostic which included removing my timing belt, which Efferin stated may cause the timing belt to need replacing. I immediately declined! When I arrived, Efferin stated I can definitely diagnosis the problem but you dont want to pay more. For what Efferin?? In the end, the issue was related to my fuel pump relay sensor which was found out by my boyfriend (who is not a mechanic) and the sensor was $50 brand new. Thankfully the installation took less than 3 minutes as the sensor sits under my steering wheel and you simply unplug the old one, plug up the new one, readjust your gas tank cap, crank the car 5-10 times and drive off. I have been riding since, no thanks to the technicians at Express Lube & Auto Services in East Point. You know there service is unworthy when the store manager has to get on Google to give them a 5 star rating. STAY AWAY GUYS!! No one has money to give away, we pay for services to be completed right the first time or denied.

I took my car here last week for an oil change and Erffin, the manager, came up with all these things that he said needed to be done to my car. Needless to say he did and engine flush and changed my wiper blades as well as rotating my tires. Now here it is the following week and my car is running hot. I’m calling the police and I’m taking him to court.
