Had to send a drink back because it was watery. They were great and made it again. They were looking at the recipe book while they made it. There were 2 other people in the entire building and no line at all and yet, it took us 10 min. to order 2 drinks and it took them another to make them. Not very impressed.

Service was great. The taste of the food and coffee was great too. I dont know what people in the South call a bagel though. Im from New Jersey, the land of amazing bagels and pizza. Get your bagel texture together!! It tasted well enough but was basically a Gourmet version of a Thomas Bagel. Bagels must be crisp on the outside, yet not hard. Also must be soft and doughy on the inside. A review of your proofing process should be done. Aside from the lack of textures in the bagels my trip was very good though

Einsteins breakfast n lunch allday menu mix with caribou coffee

I never write reviews, for me to take time to type this should tell you. THIS IS LEGIT THE WORST EINSTEINS BAGELS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! It is managed so poorly it become comical! I have no idea how it has a 4.0 star rating (must be bought reviews). I live in the building that it is in and have been several times. So I can say this is not a 1 time thing. This time, I ordered, then was told they were out of plain bagels (this is very usual), just funny that it was legit 10am, so it was not even lunch time yet. If I had known they were out of plain I would have ordered different or not at all. Then after that I get my order and walk back to my apartment just to find that they left off the main ingredient of my Nova Lox! I walked back and tell them they screwed it up, to which every single employee laughed about their mistake in front of me. No sorry, no new order, they just slop the Lox on and hand it back to me, again, all while laughing about their incompetence. I never write reviews

Awesome little place! Pretty much next door to the hotel we stayed at. Einstein bagels are always great - pairing it with the Caribou coffee - great day!

Enjoyed!!! The price for a toast bagel with avocado for $3.79 but you can by toasted bagel for $1.29 and add avocado for $1.00 no brainers. The menu price should just reflect the actual cost🤑. Always a bargain you just have to pay attention.

We waited an hour for our orders. There were roughly 6 orders in queue and everyone waited forever. The employees moved so slowly, didn’t apologize and were incredibly rude. They acted like it was funny that they were low on bagels and that the orders weren’t being fulfilled. Several people ended up getting refunds because their order wasn’t fulfilled. We came around 10:30 AM on a Saturday so there was no need for all of the mess. Customer service was a fat ZERO. I’m shocked. I was going to come back a second time before leaving a review but the longer we sit here and wait the more I’m seeing just how rude the employees are. And all 5 of our orders weren’t completed to Einstein bros standards. Just awful.

Clean and quick. Not accurate though; as with every fast food establishment, check your order. I just added bacon to my breakfast bagel and somehow it drastically changed on the line.

Rarely write reviews. This place was terrible. It took 15 minutes for them to make up a bagel with cream cheese. They didn’t even have coffee brewed so had to wait 15 minutes for that too. Also, the air was filled with smoke. my eyes were burning by the end of it all. I can’t imagine it would pass inspection.

This is a really good combo of chains, providing great bagels and great coffee. They could use a little more seating space, but was still able to post up and chat for a while easily. They have a couple comfy chairs by a fake fireplace which was nice.

I go frequently because of convenience. Food is fine. Service is always marginal.

Employees are slow, dont pay attention to their surroundings, and do not work together well. They need proper training. Only reason this place survives is convenience

This place has a serious replenishment problem. Better come early if you want a plain or an everything bagel. Every time I’m here they run out by 9:30-10am! I’ve walked away a couple times because of the limited selection!

I went there yesterday and was serviced by three young ladies. I received very poor service. I was treated as if I was being done a favor by being allowed to dine there. The bagel dog tasted like it was prepackaged and microwaved. I was told that the OJ was fresh squeezed b but after tasting it, it was clear that that was a lie. Between the food and service, it is questionable which was worse. One ofthe women was cleaning the side of her mouth at the register. Totally disgusting! I will not go there and I will not recommend anyone else go there. They need to act like customer service is their first priority and they are thankful to have a job.

Great coffee spot before work the young lady that was the cashier seemed to be lost she had no knowledge of Coffee she screwed up my order multiple times after I repeated my order. To be such a great company this location has one of the most terrible staff. My advice dont come around 6-7am if youre in a hurry

I love the food but, the people who work there make it fabulous, they are always so welcoming, cheerful and attentive. Once, noticing a child on my lap, the person at the counter brought my order to my table. It was such a nice gesture.

Delicous nova lox bagel, even though I felt like I got waaay less lox than when Ive ordered the same other Einstein locations. They also only offered OJ as far as non coffee, looked like they couldnt keep cold drinks in stock. Good quality food and fresh at least, I just wish Id gotten the usual filling Einstein bagel experience.

Great for bagels and coffee. You can have a bagel sandwich any way you want with any ingredients they have.

They forgot about my order, took about 30 minutes of me waiting and seeing they everyone who came after me was immediately getting a bagel. Then when I asked about it, they brought out the wrong items. I’ll make sure to go to every other bagel place in town before I come back here.

As a Caribou it has the usual coffees but much broader food choices, and ofcourse bagels.As an Einstiens bagels it is much like the others but with more coffee selections.Fast, free wifi.Free parking in adjacent deck, or on street.

My turkey-sausage, egg, and cheese bagel wasnt the best breakfast sandwich to start my eventful Halloween morning, but the Pumpkin Latte with extra whipped cream made up for it. :-)

This place goes to show that you can literally tear a building down and build a new one in its place and the store can still suck. Is it a caribou? Is it an Einstein brothers? Whatever it is it’s doing a terrible job at both.

Think of this as more of a Caribou Coffee that serves Einstein Bros food; the menu isnt as full as a standalone Einstein, but theyve got the greatest hits. Service is fast and friendly.
