Drove from Birmingham to visit the store. They were closed for appointments only and did not update anything online to confirm that. Did not answer when we called as well. Very disappointed.

I love Waterworks. Things were not going very well with the designer I had hired to renovate two bathrooms, so we parted ways. I basically had to start over and the people at Waterworks were so extremely helpful in choosing the right tile for the look I wanted. They helped me select beautiful marble tiles for two different bathrooms, along with some accessories I still needed. They spent time and thought helping me with my choices, shipping was on time, communication from their customer service was great, product quality is great, responsiveness to the smallest question was great. The bathrooms have turned out exactly like I wanted - classic, soothing, timeless, elegant....I wish I had gone there in the first place and skipped the hefty fees the first designer charged. I am planning to do a third bathroom and will definitely use Waterworks.
