I visited the store and the female employee was very friendly and helpful. I was asked to leave my contact information for a follow up consultation but I was never contacted. I assumed they werent interested in my business. I found the same item online much cheaper and paid someone to install it.

I had my new Murphy bed installed by Joe yesterday, the same guy who installed my first bed. His prices are reasonable, his work impeccable. He was so professional, that he actually called me today to see if my new bed was working perfectly, something NOBODY ever does nowadays.Thank you My Space Place, for offering such fantastic service and care! You have a customer for life.

After More Space came out to measure my storage space for shelving, they never followed-up with a price quote. I called four times & left 4 messages (with live people), and never received a return phone call. I was referred to them & was excited to do business with them, but I finally gave up...I shouldn’t have to force any business to take my money. I’m very disappointed; I do my best to support businesses in the area, but no longer will I attempt to do business with More Space.

We just finished a large remodel, and out of all of the different vendors we used, we were the most pleased by Jim and his crew. They were professional, considerate of our home, and listened to any concerns or questions we had. I only wish they did more than closets and beds because I would have let them do the whole remodel. Thanks Jim, Chris and Jay!
